Lou Rodriguez arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly had a lot of experience. He not only explained things but showed me what the issue might be. He explained my options and gave me advice based on his knowledge, but didn't try to pressure me. I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again if needed.

My furnace gets checked on a yearly basis and has been for serval years. Lou is the person who has been the technician on duty. He is very through goes the extra mile to make sure the furnace is clean and running properly. I highly recommend getting a yearly contract. Well worth the money and peace of mind of mind knowing all is good for another year. Satisfied customer

I had an emergency main line sewage back up that began to spill out into my lawn and sidewalk. I called Chris Wilson and they sent someone within 2 hours which was amazing. I had to the pleasure to work with Jorge who was a true professional. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and personable. I asked a million questions and he took his time to answer every single question without getting annoyed or impatient. He was able to unclog the main line stoppage in less than 15 mins which was incredible. He provided me with a ton of tips to help me prevent any future back ups. He even suggested permeant solution like a trenches sewer lateral replacement in the future. Jorge was a real professional and treated me like an extension of his family. Jorge is the reason I will only call Chris Wilson for any of my future plumbing, sewer to heating repair needs. Thank you Jorge!

I used this plumbing service about two years ago, they were great. Ramiro, their tech, was fabulous
But I don't get having to snake the line($237), then put camera down ($100 more) $341 total
I asked if they snake it, and can't get it, then do camera? No, that's $280 more separately
Then to be charged 2-3% for using my debit card?
Again, thankful for their service. The plumber was great, their policies not so much. But I'm sure they all are like that

It was a pleasure dealing with Chris Wilson Plumbing. Talking to a live person and setting up an appointment for the same day to check out a water heater was a wonderful surprise.
Jorge was clear with what the options were - wait to order a part which may not be available anymore or replace the unit (which was about 12 years old).
We asked him to replace it which he did that same early evening.
I also received a complimentary call from the tenant about Jorge and she was happy to have hot water.
