PLEASE trust all of the positive reviews about Chris listed here! After sadly hiring too many terrible plumbers, we finally found the one and only plumber we will ever use again. We had problems ranging from clogged drains, frozen valves, tub drains that wouldn't open/close, the list goes on. Our house is only 5 years old and could not understand why we had all of these issues. Chris addressed every problem efficiently, professionally, and with zero mess! Chris is very courteous, professional, timely, competent, patient, and charges extremely reasonable prices. I honestly can't say enough about his service!

I've been a long time customer of Chris'. What made me write this review is that Chris continues to perform above and beyond the call of duty. Specifically, while on a prior service call to fix my water pressure, Chris noticed a potential issue with a flushing lever on one of my toilets. Without me asking, Chris ordered the part and then stopped by and replaced the lever free of charge. We just don't find this type of service these days... Thanks Chris!

We recently purchased a house and we needed to extend our dryer gas hookup. After looking around I saw Chris's reviews on Yelp and decided to call him. He quickly called me back and even scheduled an appointment on the day after Christmas. He showed up exactly when he said, was extremely polite, straight forward, and went quickly to work. He did a phenomenal job and everything looked very clean. Pricing was extremely fair for the excellent job he did. Chris did a great job from start to finish. After emailing him, he promptly called and spent a solid 30 minutes on the phone explaining the inner workings of a toilet. He definitely knows his stuff and did a good job explaining things in lay person 's terms. The next day he came out and completed the work. He was prompt, professional, and trustworthy. He even followed up within a few days to confirm everything was fixed. He was reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

When we bought our home four years ago, the former owners left us a handful of cards for the very best contractors they had used during their 35 years here. Lucky for us, one of the cards was for Chris. Over the years he's been in to replace fixtures, fix leaks or clear clogs, and each time we've found him to be the professional, courteous, honest, fair, hard-working, meticulous person you hope to have partner with you to help take care of your home. He gets the job done well, on time and at a reasonable rate. He never hesitates to take the time needed to assess and discuss the situation before beginning work. With every project we've undertaken, he's offered suggestions on how it could be done more affordably or more effectively. Following every job, he calls a couple of days later to make sure that everything is working as expected.
