I had a leak in my rental and Chris came out to investigate the problem. He said that I had a slab leak, and the water heater wasn't the problem. He recommended me to call a leak detection company to isolate the leak. Overall, Chris was great and didn't charge me for the service.

We called Chris about a leaking toilet. He came over on 11/3/2014 and quickly diagnosed that the toilet had been installed improperly over a year ago by a HD floor tiler. He told us to go back to HD and have them fix it. Chris did not even charge us for a service call.

HD wanted to send back the incompetent floor tiler (USIG) but we insisted on a licensed plumber. We finally had it reinstalled properly and the cost was paid by HD.

Chris saved us over $250 plumbing bill. THANKS, Chris.

I called Chris to fix a plumbing issue with my shower. After leaving a message with him in the afternoon he called back and was able to pencil me in the same day a few hours later.

I've been a homeowner for a few years, and have had many things over the years going out, electrical, plumbing, etc.. I always end up doing the work myself as I hate having to pay someone else to do something I can figure out how to do on my own (especially with the help you can get via youtube videos), but this job was a bit over my head and needed it fixed ASAP.

He came by, did a great job, very professional and courteous and was very reasonable on price. I know a couple plumbers personally (none live close by otherwise would have had them come by), so I know about what to expect price wise for the time and parts. And Chris was very reasonable, I am so used to having to bargain down the price on contractors because they want to overcharge for their time. But I didn't have to negotiate at all with Chris, his prices were very fair off the bat, and he did a great job fixing my shower. Would definitely recommend.
