I called Chris to fix a plumbing issue with my shower. After leaving a message with him in the afternoon he called back and was able to pencil me in the same day a few hours later.

I've been a homeowner for a few years, and have had many things over the years going out, electrical, plumbing, etc.. I always end up doing the work myself as I hate having to pay someone else to do something I can figure out how to do on my own (especially with the help you can get via youtube videos), but this job was a bit over my head and needed it fixed ASAP.

He came by, did a great job, very professional and courteous and was very reasonable on price. I know a couple plumbers personally (none live close by otherwise would have had them come by), so I know about what to expect price wise for the time and parts. And Chris was very reasonable, I am so used to having to bargain down the price on contractors because they want to overcharge for their time. But I didn't have to negotiate at all with Chris, his prices were very fair off the bat, and he did a great job fixing my shower. Would definitely recommend.

Although Chris does not do leak detection, he called us back quickly to tell us so and to recommend two others who do leak detection. It's gratifying to know that someone gives you great service even when he himself can not provide more than a reference. We will use him in the future for any other plumbing need.

Had an emergency hot water tank issue. My go-to plumber was MIA, so I looked on Yelp. Chris called back right away, came out the same day to view the issue, and when the parts came in, he came over that same day to replace the parts.
