Thanks fellas awesome job! You charged me 360 bucks not sure what your little plumber did but he spent two hours working on something.l 3 weeks ago. The next time my daughter took a shower up there she just came home from college this week I called y'all back to tell you it was still leaking. So you send same guy back only to charge me 120 bucks to try to convince me I need to take the whole tub and shower out.because the lip was ruined. Well guess what I re caulked the tub and wall la it stopped leaking. I left you a message about this and you didn't have the courtesy to call me back. Thanks for putting screws to us we will not use you again.

Made an appointment over the holidays and, when I checked in on the day of the appointment, it was found that the appointment had not been placed on the schedule. To the credit of the staff, they were able to work us in and complete all requested repairs. The repairs were completed timely and professionally. The only down side was they did not do a good job cleaning up afterwards. I was able to complete the cleanup before the wife returned home and she was happy. However, the crew could have been a better representative for the company if they had left the area as clean as before the work was performed; and, I would not have been required to take additional time from my work to complete that task.

Will I use them again? Yes.

They set a timely appt. and advised about a delay. They did their best to fix my installed incorrectly toilet in a timely manner. And they gave me a 30 day warranty. Had another co. Bid the job and got a 400.00 quote. Chris' guys did it for almost 25%less. And I like to use local companies. The other co. Was out of area. Clean, honest and friendly.

I called Chris' plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. The front yard hose faucet was not turning off completely and the water wand sprayer had an on/off switch which was only reason it wasn't a swamp. The guys were here maybe 10 minutes and had a new faucet on and done. There's a minimum of $100/hr, plus parts, so I had them check the back yard faucet which was fine. They explained that these freeze resistant faucets (not freeze free) usually last approximately 4 years. Also, they still need covered for winter months to prevent freezing and/or busting. Great service, professional and polite. Highly recommended.

I was in need of a plumber for a semi emergency situation. I called a plumbing company we had used in the past and was told I would be placed on a list and it could be 3-4 days before they could get to me. I received an additional referral from a friend. I called Chris's in the morning and was given an appointment time of 2pm. the same day. The guys called as they left the previous appointment and arrived prior to the scheduled time. The repair was completely done in about 30 minutes or less. The charge included the minimum call charge and a nominal amount in addition. I have nothing but good things to say about Chris's Plumbing.

Look no further! I have found your plumber! Chris' plumbing is great! Laura is so wonderful to talk to when scheduling your appointment. They are always trying to get you in as quick as possible.
Every plumber I have ever gotten from Chris' plumbing has been amazing. Jeremy is who I usually have and he is so quick and accurate. He will walk you through everything he is doing so that you can see what is wrong or what to do if the same problem happens again. Their prices are great and their work is fantastic! Definitely call them for any plumbing needs.
