We have lived in this home for 30 years and been through about 10 plumbers. It seems they are either astronomical with their prices or they simply don't care and just want to get the job behind them. This is not the case with Chris's Plumbing. They show up on time, they are prepared with all the right Equipement and are qualified and competent to do most anything. Twice they have shown up for things that turned out very minor and quick and both times they have commented that I paid for a service call and is there anything else that needs attention. Another time I found mold behind and enclosed tub and Chris told me a quick and inexpensive fix, though I called a mold inspector who tripled the cost of the job...same end result. I trust this company and in an emergency they show up.

My toilet has been clogged for a while. My landlord called them. The worker showed up for 1 hours and claimed the problem was fixed, but it's not fixed. Just wanted the money then left. Not happy at all. The toilet is worse now. And of course calling them will still take days for a worker to arrive. Not going to call this company anymore. Horrible business.

Weatherford residents on Karen Street. Please don't trust this company. Not worth the time or effort the worker gave.

Chris did a great job repairing a leak after we had a pipe rupture due the freeze and extended power outage in February. We had a lightning strike a week ago, and again they did a great job of replacing 2 very old water heaters that we believed were about to fail. He uses quality equipment and was very price competitive. The strike has also left us with another small but noisy leak we can not find. The leak detection process seems a bit expensive and very hit and miss. I'm not sure if we will make Swiss cheese out of our home with no guarantee that we can find the potential leak...

Who ever was texting me back and forth. Last Monday and Tuesday was not very educated in customer service. We will never use this company. I was very displeased with the professional skills this company had. I guess they think everyone should know plumbing!! Lol!

Chris told me I had a slab leak & bad drain leak. I paid them over $2000 of which $1425 was just for leak detection, but now they say they can't find either leak, much less repair them. He suggests I call somebody else, which is what I wish I had done $2000 ago.

We had a toilet stopped up and called Chris's Plumbing. They said they would be here this afternoon and they were. Coke went right to work and had the problem solved in about 20 minutes. Everything about this service call was excellent.
I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Had a new kitchen sink installed. The crew arrived on time and did a professional and very efficient job. Replaced all the drain lines, installed a new faucet and garbage disposal. They cleaned up the work site and charged a fair price. I'll call them for all my plumbing needs.

Thanks fellas awesome job! You charged me 360 bucks not sure what your little plumber did but he spent two hours working on something.l 3 weeks ago. The next time my daughter took a shower up there she just came home from college this week I called y'all back to tell you it was still leaking. So you send same guy back only to charge me 120 bucks to try to convince me I need to take the whole tub and shower out.because the lip was ruined. Well guess what I re caulked the tub and wall la it stopped leaking. I left you a message about this and you didn't have the courtesy to call me back. Thanks for putting screws to us we will not use you again.
