We were experiencing no hot water in our house and called Chris to diagnose the problem. We were not surprised that we were going to need a new hot water heater and he provided us with options. We chose to go with his recommendation. He was very professional, got the switch of heaters done in what I'd consider a reasonable amount of time. He explained things to us and we thought his prices were fair. I have used other plumbers in the past here but from now on, I would definitely call him again if needed.
