Have been having an issue with our Master Bathroom toilet for awhile. Called another plumber, who changed the flap, and played around with the current hardware to stop it from running. Well that fix didn't last long and then water started coming out from the bottom of the tank as well. I did a little research on yelp and the nextdoor app, before I decided to try out Chris Plumbing. The person who answered my phone call was pleasant and professional. I picked a day and time that worked for me. The technicians arrived in the appointed time frame. Jon wore little blue booties he had whenever he came in the house. He was personable and quickly changed out all the inner parts of my toilet. I have waited awhile before I wrote this review to make sure all was good on the work that was performed. I would totally use Chris Plumbing again.

Called Chris' Plumbing for a backed up auxiliary sewer line. Price quoted was $275, which was not an emergency job. They were on time and were friendly. They were at my residence for about 10 minutes before they broke their snake. Drain wasn't cleared, job over, $275 please. Just so you know what to expect. I was contacted by the owner who complained about my review, and I said I would accept whatever he thought was reasonable to make it right. He knows my address and I'm still waiting on the check.

Had two separate plumbing issues in one day last Saturday! Called around, and Chris' Plumbing was the first available. Apparently, first is also the best, as Garrett and Sean were polite, professional, thorough, and patient with all questions. Thank you, guys, you are A+++!

The main water connection to our home was leaking. Called Chris' Plumbing and our troubles were over. Did what he said he would do for LESS that the original quote! Can't even tell there was a huge trench in our yard yesterday. His crew did a super job of cleaning up after the they were finished. Would not use any other plumber.

I can't say enough about what a great company this is! They are professional, fast, and ever so friendly! They recently repaired and replaced old bathroom pipes in my 88 year old Mom's SunLakes home. She's a little nervous about letting contractors in the house since Dad died last year but NOT this company! They also have done great work at my place and my sister's. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Excellent experience. Tip-top. Same day service. Multiple spigots upgraded, installed garbage disposal, cleaned out shower drain and adjusted shower on/off knob and repaired sewage pipe cap. Reasonable rates and couldn't be happier that all my plumbing issues have been taken care of, serious peace of mind. John & Sean did a great job and back up man, Garrett I believe, represented the company in the highest regard. Job well done guys & Chris Plumbing.

I've lived in Beaumont for 10 years. over that period of time, I've had to call Chris 3 times for various repairs from minor to major. Chris is an extremely kind & courteous man. Today, I had to call on him again. Stacey (very friendly) dispatched Jon this time. He's a really nice guy that greeted me with a big smile and firm handshake. He & his partner found the source of my main line leak & properly repaired the problem.

I'm pleased to see that Chris's Plumbing has grown. they deserve any and all success they get. I hope I never need them again (I probably will) but I will not hesitate for a moment to call on them again. I would recommend them in a second!
