Here was my experience with Chris. I called and said I had no hot water and was wondering if he could come out and take a look. We arranged a time and I asked how much that estimate would be. I'm in Downey, so Chris said he would come out and take a look for free and we could go from there. Sweet!

Chris took a look and told me I needed a new water heater. Normally, I'm skeptical in this situation because I feel like repair rather than replacement can be a better and cheaper option, but that's not really how plumbers make their money. But, Chris took the time to talk me through it. He said it was 19 yrs old and had served its time. Repair wasn't really a good option and that water heaters generally last 12-14 yrs. 19 years was a solid performance, but it's time. I felt better about the situation.

Proactively, Chris wrote me 2 estimates..one for complete replacement and one for just the labor if I supplied the water heater and gave me some directions if I wanted to go that route. I told him I wanted to think about it and he said to call him if I wanted to pursue either option or if I had any questions. Then, he left. Zero Pressure!

I decided on the complete replacement and messaged him that night. Chris was there the next morning at 8 and said he'd need til about noon. He completed his work between 10:30 and 11. Super fast, Super Friendly, Super Helpful.

I don't normally write reviews, but I really appreciate professionals who do great work. I can't recommend Chris enough!

Chris and his team have been servicing our home and rental units for several years. They have always been able to come out to the job site in a timely manner. They are extremely easy to work with. The company prices are very reasonable. Even though I've reviewed this company twice before, I just want to add a third review because Chris was able to help me out once again recently. This is the only plumber you need to call with any of your plumbing issues. You won't be disappointed.

Chris neighborhood plumbing is my new go to guy!! Alfredo came by this week to help with a leaky spout in my bathtub. Fixed it in no time at all. I asked about a few other fixes and he scheduled me for two days later.
He was on time, courteous and answered all my annoying and nosey questions.

Chris has been working for me for over 2 years now.

I would consider myself an annoying customer, very detail oriented and always make sure and review all jobs after they are complete.

On every job big or small Chris is resourceful, positive and most importantly honest. Even when some of my tenants are breathing down his neck he does his work with a smile, cleans up after all work and maintains his professionalism throughout the job.

I also appreciate that Chris also has boundaries in his scope of work and does not attempt anything he does not feel comfortable doing. So many times have I had contractors (while a can-do attitude is important) do work they have no business doing only to make the problem even worse. Some people may not like this trait but I think it is crucial and shows that human element of not knowing everything while respecting professionals in other trades of work.

Chris is always punctual and an effective communicator. This takes out the guesswork on status of a job and makes sure you are always updated. He also asks important questions before making decisions that could affect the job and is always conscientious of cost on behalf of the customer.

Look no further, Chris is a rare breed in this industry.

Once again I found myself in a jam. I had no hot water. With no hesitation, I knew who to call to solve my issue. I reached out and before we knew it, my guy Chris was at my door checking out my water heater. He found my problem and explained the issue, my thermostat went out. Once he made the repair, we were once again enjoying warm water. As always, his timing was right and price is good. True professional.

My home had a gas leak so immediately after calling the gas company, I called him to come out. He was at my house within a few hours this morning. He was able to get me an estimate and show me, in detail, what he was planning to do within minutes of arriving. I appreciate him getting my line fixed up so quickly and completely.
