Our main was backed up so we called Chris to help us drain it. His prices are very reasonable, but he spent 2 hours trying to unplug it and he couldn't. He kept saying that our house was plumbed incorrectly. I told him we had this done yearly, but he said that that was strange and asked me for an invoice from previous years. Then he asked why we had called him instead of our regular plumber. We don't have a regular plumber. Overall, I felt like Chris thought we were lying about the problem.

After 2 hours, he said he would have to start charging us hourly if we wanted him to keep trying or that he would have to try from the roof but that he couldn't guarantee it would work and we would have to pay him full price anyway. He didn't even give me the opportunity to decide. He told me to talk it over with my husband and he left.

I called another plumber, Fiz, and he did the job in 10 minutes! I couldn't believe it!

I will definitely not recommend Chris to a friend, and I will not be calling him back.

Great plumber! Awesome service, straight forward and solid work.
Had problem with water heater leaking, he replaced it rapid-quick! Quote and final price pretty even. Not bad now a day's.

Chris is always polite and very professional. He goes out of his way to help and provide value to the job. Most importantly, he communicates well - if he's running late, he lets you know. AND he cleans up afterwards!
So far, he has replaced and outdoor water spigot and my water heater. Very pleased with this plumber.

I called Chris after I had attempted to change the valves, connectors and faucets in my bathroom as I was getting really low water pressure. I was super exhausted and overwhelmed with all the work so I wanted to have someone take over the work. When I talked to him, he asked me a few questions and told me the problem was just with the aerators in my faucets (super easy fix). So I went ahead and cleaned them and water was flowing perfectly again! Thanks to Chris, he saved me a ton of time and money! Finding an honest plumber these days can he hard. I will definitely be using his services for my future plumbing needs. Thanks again Chris!!

I don't usually do reviews but had to give Chris a great review for the great job he did. I had a clog from my son flushing a toy down the toilet. It caused a backup in both of my bathrooms. Had 2 other plumbing services try to fix it but couldn't. One of them was going to charge us an arm and a leg and told us they would have to break up the floor to get to the clog. So I called Chris to see what he could do. And he was able to snake it through the first time. He saved us lots of money and gave us a reasonable price. Thank you Chris for your work and honesty.
