Once again I found myself in a jam. I had no hot water. With no hesitation, I knew who to call to solve my issue. I reached out and before we knew it, my guy Chris was at my door checking out my water heater. He found my problem and explained the issue, my thermostat went out. Once he made the repair, we were once again enjoying warm water. As always, his timing was right and price is good. True professional.

My home had a gas leak so immediately after calling the gas company, I called him to come out. He was at my house within a few hours this morning. He was able to get me an estimate and show me, in detail, what he was planning to do within minutes of arriving. I appreciate him getting my line fixed up so quickly and completely. Gas company was able to get my gas back on by 5:30pm thanks to the quality work. Thank you!

For those of you who are searching for the right plumber to do the right job for the right price, search no more. Chris is your man. I first called on him 3 years ago when my family moved to Downey and we needed some work done in our new home. Price was more than competitive and Chris went above and well beyond his services to make sure we were happy and most importantly satisfied. I've called him a few times though the years and each time he would walk me through trouble shooting our issues instead of coming out and charging me for work I could've done myself. One time at band camp, I had issues with our water heater. He told me to check the warranty and sure enough it was still under warranty. The water heater manufacturer sent me the part and I replaced it myself and probably saved me a good chunk of change. This last time I called, my in-laws needed a new toilet. Chris came and did a fantastic job, hauled away the old one and the bathroom looked good as new. I dont even want to start as to how much other plumbers were charging for the same work.

Chris is a smart business man. Why? Because he has integrity. He knows if he's honest with his customers and gives them a fair price for stellar work, we'll call on his services again and again and again. A lot of businesses today dont do that. They dont invest in their customers like Chris does.

He's a busy guy so be patient. He's a straight grassroots plumber serving his community. He has a lot of customers so when you call and schedule, be patient. He'll get to you. And when he does, YOU and only you are his priority. Other work can wait until the work you called him to do is completed to the highest level of satisfaction.

Call him, trust me, you won't regret it and he'll be your plumber for as long as you use modern plumbing.

Chris is my plumber of choice. I called him for a pipe clog about a year ago and he was on time and reasonable. He is also old school in the sense he leaves the area where he worked almost cleaner then it started. My mother a few months later called him for a water heater replacement and he was courteous, on time and reasonable. I called him just a bit ago about not having any hot water and he was available so he came right over to check. He had the magic touch and the pilot lit for him (I tried 3 times ). He didn't charge me for his time and you don't find that much anymore. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism as well as his pleasant personality. Customer service goes a long way with me. As long as he's in business he will be my ""go to"" plumber for any plumbing issues. Thank you, Chris.
