I've called Chris twice to help fix plumbing issues at my house. He responds promptly; is unfailingly courteous and a pleasure to talk to; fixes the problem carefully but efficiently and effectively; and charges reasonable prices for his services (especially given that these can be last-minute emergencies). Most recently, I noticed that he fixed my back gate after snaking the drain in my bathroom sink; he must have noticed that it was broken as he was leaving, and repaired it for me at his time and cost without my asking him to do so. Chris is my go-to guy for home repairs in Ann Arbor.

Search no further; just go with Chris. We chose Chris because of his excellent Yelp reviews and they are all correct. He responds very quickly, will give a free estimate and depending on the problem will fix it on the spot. We had two running toilets and some drawer closure issues and he came to give an estimate and then just fixed it all. Also, totally lovely, nice guy. Highly recommended, now I really won't go with anyone else unless it's something he can't fix.

He looked the job over and gave a quick reasonable bid on replacing a light fixture for me -- and was ready to do the job immediately, explaining what he would do and answering my questions very courteously. We were packing for a vacation. Went downstairs to grab suitcases, and found water dripping from the ceiling! Found a pool of water under the kitchen sink. Looked up Chris on Yelp. He was over in less than 45 minutes, and had the sink fixed in less time than that. Reasonably priced, super effective. I'll be calling him again when we have handyman needs in the future.
