I had an issue with a rusty, damaged Toilet flange. I started to work on it myself and realized it was more effort and difficulty than I wanted to take on. I texted Chris expecting to get an appointment the following week (this was a Friday afternoon at 2pm). Much to my surprise, Chris arrived 10 minutes later to perform an inspection and issue a quote. While I had him at the house I also had him look at replacing the copper water supply lines to my laundry tub sink- a less urgent DIY task that I had kept putting off.

Chris took time to explain how he would perform the repairs. He did not try to upsell or pressure me in any way, and gave me time on my own to think about his free estimate.

In my experience, plumbers will show up to a job, take measurements, and then leave for 1-2 hours to go get supplies. Chris had everything he needed in his truck and completed the whole job in less than 2 hours.

In summary, Chris delivers incredible convenience, backs his work with a warranty, and I have absolute confidence in his work. I might have saved money performing my own repair, but I could not have possibly performed the repair as quickly or thoroughly. Money well spent.

My garbage disposal quit and I discovered a puddle under my sink. Called Chris Handyman and he was here in a half hour and the replaced the old unit quickly. We're giving Chris 10 stars! He answered my phone message quickly and came to the house 20 minutes later to do some plumbing work. Once he was here we remembered a slow sink and a small electrical job and he did those, too. He was professional, efficient and friendly. He stands by his work, offering a six-month guarantee. Fantastic. I have a very odd faucet pair in my tub/shower. It was dripping Chris (fortunately!) was in the neighborhood and was able to get over to the house in 15 minutes! He's great, free estimates, offered a couple of options to fix the problem, and his price is fair. Give him a call!

Chris is awesome and came to the rescue today! My elderly parents' garbage disposal stopped working and I needed to help them find a fast fix while I am in town visiting.

The power to my garage outlets went out in my condo. After calling the useless management company (Associa Kramer Triad) who told me it's my responsibility to fix (when they finally got back to me 7 days later), I called Chris. This is on the Saturday during July 4th weekend. He came out right away, told me the flat fee if he could fix it and that it was free if he couldn't figure it out.

Chris was diligent, thoughtful, and neat! He figured out the problem pretty quickly, which required him to gain access to other garages in the block - it *was* a shoddy work product by the builders of course - which he was able to fix in just under an hour.

I'd definitely use him again - courteous, smart, and cleaned up after himself! Highly recommend!!
