I have only had one pest service so far and they seem like a good company. I was disappoint that after the service they asked via email if I wanted to tip the service man. This was never brought up during the sales process. I have had a number of pest companies over the years the this is the first to ask if I wanted to tip. If I leave them this will be the reason.

Chorbie handles our lawn fertilization and weed control and they do an excellent job. Jose Rodriguez is my current technician and he is very thorough with treating all areas of the yard and leaving notes for us. I have also used Chorbie to pressure washing and mosquito control. Very happy with their services.

I have used Chorbie all along. This past week I had the pleasure of having Cherwin Echeveria come back again and do a superb job on my mowing and edging. He always does a great job. Last week another crew member came, Eduardo Yanes, who also did a good job. All of crew 170 does an outstanding job. I will continue to use and recommend them.

I hired Chorbie in May of this year for 5 pending projects on my mini plot per their website and reviews. Only 1 project has been done, with mediocre results at best. A landscaper even left his big, floppy tan hat on my lawn in plain sight. I called, no one came for it. Every time I called or emailed about bad mowing etc, I was reassured that I was correct then directed to their website to set up other services. I was not allowed to request services verbally. For complaints or callbacks, I was always told the responsible person was unavailable, the crew would be told or a foreman would be out. After the mowers ripped several sprinkler heads out and just left them on my sidewalk without telling Chorbie or me, I called and the sprinkler foreman came out anonymously and possibly made repairs then stole the flag markers they forced me to place. When I complained, he or someone anonymously returned SOME of them. The lawn foreman came out, on the wrong date (their office gave me a date which was the same as my mow date and promised he would inspect before any mowing but gave him a different date after the mow date??). He never contacted me plus resolved nothing. I had even left a nice note on the door due to COVID. He only spoke (loudly & unmasked) to my extremely nosey next door neighbor. They are billing me 100% for incomplete work on my mini-plot and insist I am at fault for not providing pictures from the beginning. Google Earth in today's technology can see my house, why can't you Chorbie? No alternate service, apology or discount has ever been offered.

I have been using Chorbie for lawn care and pest control for the 2020, and they have been absolutely great. The lawn looks better than ever. Their prices are very reasonable, and the service is the best we have received (always punctual, explanation of services to be completed, emails after services are completed with details of the service and picture of closed/secure gate, explanation, etc.).

I decided to use them for additional tree trimming services as well as the removal of a couple of Junipers. Jeremy Lowe came out to do the estimate and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Michael Bridges and Eric (didn't get last name) did the actual service. Michael was very helpful and did an amazing job.

I have been with Chorbie for over a year and all the services are great. Customer service is excellent. I will be using them for all my yard needs. Taylor G did an excellent job communicating and making sure my weeds were taken care of.

I've had every kind of yard service/landscape available. From the guy-with-a-truck-and -a-mower to the big corporate entity that charges astronomical prices for half done jobs. It really is shocking how much the big corporate services charge. And the level of care to their tasks is so poor.

Somehow I stumbled upon Chorbie. I can't recall how I did but I am very fortunate that I did. They absolutely hit the sweet spot of big firm resources but don't absolutely bludgeon you on price. I particularly like the online interface to request specific tasks and regular scheduling of different services.

The best part are the people of Chorbie. From California Katie in the office to Jeremy Lowe managing larger projects, they perform at a high level. I am most impressed with the fellas that do the hard work. I have had Colive & Zach out to my house a couple of times. These guys don't slack off and they take pride in the work that they do. But the best part is how they represent Chorbie. They are great ambassadors of the firm and how they deal with clients. I can't say enough good things about them. So much so it inspired me to write this review.
