I have given Chorbie a five star rating. They are such a diversified company. Every time I call and need a service to be done, there crew is at my home within hours. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. There costs are competitive and many times lower than other companies. If I could give them a ten, if that would be possible, I would do so. I recommend them to one and all. There team is wonderful. Both Jeremy's, Courtney, Rebekah, Lauren and Meagan are gems. I do not know what I would do without their patience and understanding. However, Lauren in the office has gone above and beyond taking care of all my questions and needs. She has the service set up they way we planned within a budget I can afford. I hired them to mow my lawn and bag the grass. Well, they didn't bag the grass so I complained. Then they started mowing the yard with the bagging attachment, but with the side chute open on the lawn mower so that some grass went into the bag but most of it went out the side. This seems dishonest to me.

We have used Chorbie for almost 2 years now for lawn mowing, fertilizing, weed control and then also for putting in 2 flower beds in our back yard. Jeremy Lowe is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff! He answered many many, questions we had, he gave us samples to look at, and he took his time making sure we were happy before & during our project. We had one issue with drainage after install and he came back out and addressed it right away, he came up with a solution and resolved it! His install team was great, they worked hard and were super polite. Ryan was also great with our project and also with planting annuals and refreshing all of our annual mulch. Our lawn service is reliable, he works quickly and does a great job. I recently had an issue with our normal sprinkler service (not Chorbie) so in the future I will call Chorbie for that too after receiving a recent quote from Chorbie that is very competitive. Honestly they are becoming our "go to" for all things outside. We have been very pleased with all services so far & we definitely recommend them!

We moved in December 2020. I cancelled my service, with confirmation. However, they went back in March at the start of their season, and billed be for service. I contacted them regarding this, and confirmed cancellation yet again. A refund check was in the mail, however my bank refuses to accept its an actual check. Now they mowed AGAIN, so I now I'm furiously frustrated.


DON"T EVER CANCEL UNLESS YOU WANT A NIGHTMARE HEADACHE!!!
