He took care of every issue and was genuinely concerned about making sure he took care of the issues properly. I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, about a leaking garbage disposal. Usually it takes at least 2 days to hear back from whichever vendor they send my work order to, but this time American Home Shield sent my work order to Choice Plumbing. I was pleasantly surprised when a scheduler from Choice Plumbing called me less than 1 hour after I submitted an online warranty service request to American Home Shield. Choice had service appointments available the very next day. I only had a slow leak in my garbage disposal, so it wasn't an emergency requiring same day service. The Choice Plumber arrived right on time in the very early party of my 2 hour service call time window. He was very courteous and efficient. He immediately inspected the problem and determined that I needed a new disposal as my old one had water damage due to the leak that caused the internal electrical components to be water damaged. He immediately called it in to his service department who very quickly got authorization from American Home Shield to replace my disposal. Within 45 minutes of arriving the Choice plumber had identified to the probkem, got authorization from my warranty company, and replaced my disposal with a brand new one. The plumber was also very tidy, cleaned up after himself, and took care not to damage my wood floors in my kitchen. The last time that I had a plumber from another company (NOT CHOICE PLUMBING) out to my house to install a new dishwasher, he made a mess, didn't clean it up entirely, and he scratched and dinged my new wood floors in my kitchen. The Choice Plumber DID NOT have any of the issues. I would definitely highly recommend Choice Plumbing due to their fast, efficient, high quality service. I can't speak to their prices because my only complaint experience with Choice Plumbing was covered by my home warranty thru American Home Shield.

This company is completely incompetent; the only reason I ended up with them is through a home warranty company. They have been working on fixing my leaky faucet for four going on five months. They have no showed, showed up with the wrong parts, and been completely unprofessional. They even assured me the last guy had been fired. How unprofessional is that? If you have a choice steer clear of this company. I have no idea how they're still in business.

Choice Plumbing was the contractor assigned to replace my water heater under the American Home Shield warranty. Under the warranty, I had to pay the building permit fee (which should be $65 in Winter Springs) and a $49 disposal fee. Choice charged me $225 for the permit fee. When I asked Jill in the office to explain, I was informed that 'that's the flat fee we charge in your area.' Upon checking with the Building Dept., Choice had not even pulled a permit. Upon calling American Home Shield, to see if they allow subs to make up any price they want for the permit fee, I was told that they 'don't know the intimate details of the permitting fees' so AHS was no help. I would not recommend Choice Plumbing or American Home Shield.

This company was selected by our home warranty company when our water heater sprung a leak. They came out right away and assessed the situation. We knew the water heater was original to the house (40+ years old), so replacing it was expected. The tech, Brian, clearly explained what was required to bring the plumbing up to code when installing the new water heater. They had to order the water heater (a Monday afternoon) and said they could install by Thursday. We were pleasantly surprised the next day to get a call saying they had the water heater for install. They were out within an hour, installed the water heater, upgraded the plumbing and were on their way. This unpleasant experience of having a water heater go out could not have gone any smoother and we only have Choice Plumbing to thank! We highly recommend them.

Horrible, incompetent company. Sent by American Home Shield to fix and replace my trash compactor 4+ times (the last time was a week after they replaced it again and the plumber """"forgot to tighten it """" and I had a flood under my sink), then on the same day they were to fix a pipe in my garage. American Home Shield denied the claim and the plumber never told us, he disconnected (cut) the pipe to my water softener to fix the leak. When I called to complain JILL, out of the kindness of her heart said she would order the parts and it would cost me $293 to fix. I complained that I shouldn't have to pay for their plumbers mistake. I called AHS and they said it the water softener and its pipes are not covered under my plan even though Choice Plumbing caused the problem. When I called choice plumbing again JILL was very rude and unprofessional and told me if I could find the parts cheaper than call her back. I told her about the 4+ compactors and she told me to find another plumbing company and not to call her again. Oh, by the way I found the part for $24 through the manufacturer. So at least I saved myself from being ripped off again by this place. i tried to call JILL back to let her know about the pipe and she wouldn't pick up the phone because she recognized my number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU LIKE SUBSTANDARD WORK AND PAYING HIGH PRICES!!!!!!!!
