I called Choice Plumbing today inquiring about a entire repipe as I have polybutylene pipes. After asking enough questions... it was revealed (not disclosed) that they charge a $40 fee to give an estimate! This has been the only company that I've called that does not offer free estimates. Beware of having them come to your home before knowing if you will be charged this fee!

Called Choice and within 2 hours Javier was on his way. Once he arrived he assessed the situation and provided an estimate. We came to an agreement and job was completed in a timely fashion. Great job and highly recommended Javier. Thank F. Fox

Javier came in a mask, was very friendly and helpful. Primary reason was to install a water heater which I had purchased the wrong size (medium vs tall) so he had to come back in a few days while I did an exchange with Home Depot. They charge a $30 visit but discount that after work is performed. Came back in a few days and did an excellent job. We had a garbage disposal that I installed earlier in the year but it fell down from the locking collar recently. He fixed this for free and showed me what I did wrong and that I had to use channel locks to lock it I did not know that. Pay the professionals.

Their prices are extremely high. Plain and simple. It was $265 to replace a kitchen faucet that had all of its parts. The worst part though was that they were not transparent at all, with unclear, verbal descriptions of the work and costs and rushed me to sign an iPad with no details for what was happening. We needed a faucet replaced in our kitchen. When I called, they couldn't tell me what this would cost (even ballpark). So they came out and told me there were rusty pipes we needed to change, and the total cost would be $295, this after he and the other team member with him had to go to their truck to provide a quote. I have had many quotes for things around the house like this and have never had someone have to step away to figure out the pricing, so that should have been my first clue. The price seemed high, but it included pipe replacement so we decided to just move forward. After accepting, he then said we had one of the parts already since it came with the faucet (you'd think he would have checked for that before providing a quote), so he'd discount our total quote by $30 since we had that. But I still thought based on what he said that he was replacing more than just a faucet which we provided. He did not. He was here for maybe 20-30 min max and charged that much. He didn't even test the faucet -- I had to. And he didn't walk me through what he did, which is common when someone works on your house, car, etc. Just explain what you did before I pay, and without me asking. This company and its workers should be more transparent by providing an itemized list of work + costs. It was verbal, confusing and deceiving. When I called back to complain, they said the normal install price was in the $300s, so we technically got a discount already (it's funny they had the pricing when I called back to complain but not when I was looking for quotes). They offered to send us $30 reimbursement and a coupon for future services. While an offer, we will never use them again and I could not recommend them less based on this experience.

I was quoted an arrival time of 8AM-12PM. Noon comes around and I've heard nothing. I call Choice Plumbing and the woman who answers tells me that the person that is supposed to be here is installing a water heater at another location and should be done any minute. Cool. No big deal. It is now 3PM and still no one has showed up. I called Choice Plumbing AGAIN to see what's going on and the man who answers the phone says he needs to call the technician. The guy calls me back apologizing, saying that the technician is supposed to be finished at his current job in 15-30 minutes. Now you tell me???? I get it. It's not this customer service rep's fault that the tech is late, but at this point, I'm so angry from waiting all day that it took every ounce of me not to scream. On top of that, the rep hung up on me. They could have at least called me throughout the day telling me what's going on! Instead, I wasted my day sitting around waiting with no clue when or even if someone was going to show up. They finally showed up at 5 PM. 2 stars Bc at least Johnny was nice.

It was Friday and we just moved into our rental house. A garage and house full of boxes. I noticed the hot water heater was leaking all over the garage. We scheduled an appointment with the home warranty company and waited patiently for the service call from another contractor. It never came. Saturday morning came, and on the phone with warranty company and their contractor couldn't make it till Tuesday. Really? I called Choice Plumbing mid-Saturday morning and Nick answered the phone and the 2nd ring! He said they had a hot water heater in stock and could install today! After going several rounds with the warranty company we finally received out of network approval. Now it was 3pm on a Saturday and I was a little worried of going another night without hot water. I called Nick again and he said Alex would pick it up and be over to install it later today. Again, I was a little worried because it was already 3pm on a Saturday and figured they we only working 8-hours. Alex showed up later that evening, after hours, on a Saturday, and installed the 50 gallon hot water heater. By 9pm we were good to go, install complete and we had hot water! Professional, fast, courteous, and patient is what CHOICE PLUMBING is a lot about. I will never call another plumber. Thanks Alex and Nick! Much appreciated!

I had my 3rd service today with Choice Plumbing. Alfredo has been always sincere, honest, and done great work at my home for the past 3 years. His customer service is superb and work skills are excellent !! Thank you very much, Alfredo. I look forward to seeing you next time for another service. ^_^

I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, about a leaking garbage disposal. Usually it takes at least 2 days to hear back from whichever vendor they send my work order to, but this time American Home Shield sent my work order to Choice Plumbing. I was pleasantly surprised when a scheduler from Choice Plumbing called me less than 1 hour after I submitted an online warranty service request to American Home Shield. Choice had service appointments available the very next day. I only had a slow leak in my garbage disposal, so it wasn't an emergency requiring same day service. The Choice Plumber arrived right on time in the very early party of my 2 hour service call time window. He was very courteous and efficient. He immediately inspected the problem and determined that I needed a new disposal as my old one had water damage due to the leak that caused the internal electrical components to be water damaged. He immediately called it in to his service department who very quickly got authorization from American Home Shield to replace my disposal. Within 45 minutes of arriving the Choice plumber had identified to the probkem, got authorization from my warranty company, and replaced my disposal with a brand new one. The plumber was also very tidy, cleaned up after himself, and took care not to damage my wood floors in my kitchen. The last time that I had a plumber from another company (NOT CHOICE PLUMBING) out to my house to install a new dishwasher, he made a mess, didn't clean it up entirely, and he scratched and dinged my new wood floors in my kitchen. The Choice Plumber DID NOT have any of the issues. I would definitely highly recommend Choice Plumbing due to their fast, efficient, high quality service. I can't speak to their prices because my only complaint experience with Choice Plumbing was covered by my home warranty thru American Home Shield.

Brice was an Excellent Technician--professional, knowledgeable, efficient and has very good communications skills!! He diagnosed the problem with our Hot Water Heater and repaired it. We are grateful to have our Hot Water back!
