I was quoted an arrival time of 8AM-12PM. Noon comes around and I've heard nothing. I call Choice Plumbing and the woman who answers tells me that the person that is supposed to be here is installing a water heater at another location and should be done any minute. Cool. No big deal. It is now 3PM and still no one has showed up. I called Choice Plumbing AGAIN to see what's going on and the man who answers the phone says he needs to call the technician. The guy calls me back apologizing, saying that the technician is supposed to be finished at his current job in 15-30 minutes. Now you tell me???? I get it. It's not this customer service rep's fault that the tech is late, but at this point, I'm so angry from waiting all day that it took every ounce of me not to scream. On top of that, the rep hung up on me. They could have at least called me throughout the day telling me what's going on! Instead, I wasted my day sitting around waiting with no clue when or even if someone was going to show up. They finally showed up at 5 PM. 2 stars Bc at least Johnny was nice.

It was Friday and we just moved into our rental house. A garage and house full of boxes. I noticed the hot water heater was leaking all over the garage. We scheduled an appointment with the home warranty company and waited patiently for the service call from another contractor. It never came. Saturday morning came, and on the phone with warranty company and their contractor couldn't make it till Tuesday. Really? I called Choice Plumbing mid-Saturday morning and Nick answered the phone and the 2nd ring! He said they had a hot water heater in stock and could install today! After going several rounds with the warranty company we finally received out of network approval. Now it was 3pm on a Saturday and I was a little worried of going another night without hot water. I called Nick again and he said Alex would pick it up and be over to install it later today. Again, I was a little worried because it was already 3pm on a Saturday and figured they we only working 8-hours. Alex showed up later that evening, after hours, on a Saturday, and installed the 50 gallon hot water heater. By 9pm we were good to go, install complete and we had hot water! Professional, fast, courteous, and patient is what CHOICE PLUMBING is a lot about. I will never call another plumber. Thanks Alex and Nick! Much appreciated!

Showed up same day on a home warranty claim. Chis was on time, polite, and very helpful explaining what he was doing and why. Installed a new garbage disposal, tested it to our satisfaction and let the work area spotless.

I called them to get a new water heater installed and talked to the owner Nick. He sent a guy named Rick to do the installation. Rick was very prompt and did a great job installing our water heater. I would definitely recommend Choice Plumbing.

He took care of every issue and was genuinely concerned about making sure he took care of the issues properly. I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, about a leaking garbage disposal. Usually it takes at least 2 days to hear back from whichever vendor they send my work order to, but this time American Home Shield sent my work order to Choice Plumbing. I was pleasantly surprised when a scheduler from Choice Plumbing called me less than 1 hour after I submitted an online warranty service request to American Home Shield. Choice had service appointments available the very next day. I only had a slow leak in my garbage disposal, so it wasn't an emergency requiring same day service. The Choice Plumber arrived right on time in the very early party of my 2 hour service call time window. He was very courteous and efficient. He immediately inspected the problem and determined that I needed a new disposal as my old one had water damage due to the leak that caused the internal electrical components to be water damaged. He immediately called it in to his service department who very quickly got authorization from American Home Shield to replace my disposal. Within 45 minutes of arriving the Choice plumber had identified to the probkem, got authorization from my warranty company, and replaced my disposal with a brand new one. The plumber was also very tidy, cleaned up after himself, and took care not to damage my wood floors in my kitchen. The last time that I had a plumber from another company (NOT CHOICE PLUMBING) out to my house to install a new dishwasher, he made a mess, didn't clean it up entirely, and he scratched and dinged my new wood floors in my kitchen. The Choice Plumber DID NOT have any of the issues. I would definitely highly recommend Choice Plumbing due to their fast, efficient, high quality service. I can't speak to their prices because my only complaint experience with Choice Plumbing was covered by my home warranty thru American Home Shield.

This company is completely incompetent; the only reason I ended up with them is through a home warranty company. They have been working on fixing my leaky faucet for four going on five months. They have no showed, showed up with the wrong parts, and been completely unprofessional. They even assured me the last guy had been fired. How unprofessional is that? If you have a choice steer clear of this company. I have no idea how they're still in business.
