My shower valve broke and we had non-stop water spewing out of the wall. I called Tim at Chino Valley Plumbing. He answered right away and was at my door quickly. Tim was very professional and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed to fix it, ran out to the store to get the part needed and came right back and fixed the shower all within 30 minutes. He was very reasonable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. He was very efficient, clean (left no mess upon leaving), reasonably priced and very nice to deal with. I highly recommend Tim and would definitely call him again myself should the need arise.

These guys are really good. I called Tim in the morning and he arrived on time. In trying to work with my budget, he gave me a couple of options in fixing my water heater issue and those options were below the quote he gave me on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and professional and left the working area very clean. He had a great attitude and was very polite. I highly recommend Tim and will definitely call this company back for any further plumbing issues.

I'll make this short and sweet. These guys are very knowledgable and know their stuff. Sink got clogged up. Did the snake thing and nothing. Went to yelp and found these guys. Reviews were great so i booked them the very next day. They were fast, took care of business, price was fair and were honest. I just found my plumbing guys.

I had called 3 different local plumbers (Courtesy Plumbing, Integrity Plumbing in Laverne and Chino Valley Pluming). The first 2 companies were ok over the phone however I had a good feeling about Tim (Owner of Chino Valley Plumbing). I was right!
Tim came during the time window he committed to.
He went straight to work and even helped educated me on all my questions as I like to fix my own basic plumbing issues whenever possible.
He was polite and professional and did a good job.
His pricing was also reasonable even though he had to charge a time and a half which was very reasonable since I called him last minute on a Saturday.
I would use Chino Valley Plumbing again.

These guys just left my house and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Came over to unclog my pipe and they did a great job. They were professional, personable, and affordable. Had the problem fixed in about an hour on the same day I called for help. Thanks guys!

Yay for Chino Valley Plumbing! Home-ownership is hard and when its your first one, much like with your first child, its hard to know where to start and who to trust with its maintenance. So when our water heated went out I really relied on the other reviews here on Yelp to steer me toward a fair priced and reliable plumber -Tim Smith from Chino Valley was awesome. He was timely, his work came in under his quote and he was thorough about making sure he double checked everything when he left. I hope I don't have to call him again anytime soon but when I do need a plumber I'll call him again. Recommended.

When you're an adult there are a few things you need in life, like knowing how to carve the Thanksgiving turkey, how to write a check, and how to unclog a toilet. But then there are problems that are larger than you can handle, and in those cases you need your go to people. Chino Valley Plumbing is my go to plumber.
About five years ago the side yard drains stopped working. So I called Marshall plumbing. The guys got out of their truck and ran the snake, it hit something within 15 feet of the curb and the guy said ""Oh, it's a block. "" They said it may be a ball and that sometimes if they hit it from the other side it may slide out. So like a fool I agreed and they hit the same block again and said ""It's going to be $1500 to jackhammer your front yard and tear out the drain and replace it."" As my wife wrote a check for $119 I will never forget what the guy said ""We don't make a lot of money for doing these little jobs."" They were on the job for less than ten minutes, picked up $120 and insulted the work? Are you kidding me?
So, I put the job off for a couple of years. I called a few local plumbers and for the most part they weren't excited about the prospect of tough yard drains. When i called Tim at Chino Valley Plumbing he knew exactly what the problem was, on the phone. He knew that it would take hours of running a snake but the clog would come out. On the right drain he probably worked at it for 90 minutes. Roots and slugs came out in strips then the black water came out. I never thought seeing black water coming out of a drain would make me happy. But wow, it did. The left drain was the one that Marshall told me would need a jackhammer. Tim had the clog out in about half an hour. No jackhammer required.
Since then Tim has been my go to guy for plumbing. I never call for quotes on plumbing from anybody else. I have faith in his abilities. I don't ask him for pricing, and he's always fair. My house was built in 1998 and let's just say that we're still fixing the some of the stuff that was done wrong by the builder.
Today we were finishing a granite installation in kitchen. The new sink and new countertop dropped the garbage disposal right into the drain exit of the house. I was anticipating a $400 bill. Tim figured out how to fix it without tearing into the walls. Then he went through and rebuilt the entire drain system much better than the builder had initially done. He made sure the job was complete, checked both sinks with water to make sure there weren't any leaks. He even tied down the dishwasher.
Imagine if you were a plumber and you were doing work for your mom. You would go out of your way to make sure everything was perfect and worked well. You'd take your time and do the job right. That's what Tim does for his customers. Simply quality work at reasonable rates, worth five stars if not more!

I have used Chino Valley Plumbing for the last few years. Tim has done a top notch job on repairs and new installation. He is prompt, efficient and always pleasant. I would recommend him to others.

I would NOT EVER recommend to anyone. I called Tim to regarding my clogged toilet on Monday. I requested for him to come out on a Saturday between 8 and 8:30am. He reassured me that HE himself would come out since I've had bad experiences with plumber. Saturday come around at 9am, no show and no call. I called him and he was extremely rude and obnoxious. He said ""Im trying to get a hold of my plumber since all you have is a clogged toilet. I cant be all different places at once."" I explained to him that it was not what we agreed to. He became angrier and angrier and said ""I dont know why it's a big deal."" Well... the big deal is that he didn't keep his words. I guess all these Yelp reviews got to his head or he's changed. Would NOT trust him at ALL! If you have a big job, i'm sure he will come out, but who knows how honest he is. I was completely shocked by his tone and attitude when he could not come and tried to convince me that his assistant can do the same.

I needed a dishwasher installed and I had a broken water valve under the sink supplying hot water to the washer. Because of the broken valve I had to shut off the water main valve to the house. I called Tim and he understood that we were in need of someone as soon as possible. He told me about an hour to finish his current job and then he would come over and take of it. He quoted me over the phone and his pricing was fair. Tim showed up on time and fixed the valve by replacing it with a quarter turn valve which made me happy ( no more multi turn valves)..he then installed the dishwasher and although he worked in a timely manner he made sure that everything he hooked up was done so properly and double checked..very thorough. He is a down to earth guy. We will use him again in the future and i would recommend him to anyone based on how he took care of us.
