I recommend Tim 100% I called him on a Monday after 4pm and he returned my call right away, never thought he would come the next day early in the morning. But he did, it was a Blessing!! He found the problem right away, made a great cut on the side of my house and repaired a copper pipe that burst. I was pleased with his timely manner, work, and 25+years of knowledge. I called last week got a leaky faucet I'm my guesthouse bathroom. Steve days that he would come by for $49 dollars to check it out, and it would be applied to a repair if I chose him to do the repair. I told him I would call him back because I was still looking around. After talking to 5 different places, I decided to go with Steve. I called Steve back and he told me that he would charge me $69 just to come out of which half would be good towards the cost of the repair. I obviously declined his services. Just another business trying to rip people off. I ended up using day laborers and bought my own hardware. Consumer beware.

Tim is the Man. I had a water regulator issue and there was no water in the house. It was the house main supply issue. I called him up and he show up in time, identify the issue, had the right parts with him and fix the problem in no time. And give me a good price too. He is great and very professional.
