Tim has been called twice to my home this month and was fantastic! The first time we talked over the phone and I text him a few pictures to let him know my plumbing situation and he was able to come fairly quickly well I was at work. The other time, Tim was called because of an emergency, which I text him very early Saturday morning and he was able to fix the problem before noon. Thankful and would recommend Tim.

Tim (and now his son, I think) has been my plumber for as long as I can remember. I've lived in Chino Hills for 30 years and have never used anyone else. He was referred by my neighbor Jack who has very high standards. Other friends know of and recommend him too.
They have always done excellent work, are reliable, professional, honest and charge reasonable prices.

Terrible job! Don't waste your time. Tim did not show up. His employee scratch the faucet, left a mess and a Giant Oil stain in my driveway. To top it off, he had the guy call me back to argue with me. Tim own up to your employees terrible attitude, service and lack of professionalism.

Very unprofessional and discourteous.

On two separate occasions a plumber from this company turned the water off to our condo complex without alerting tenants of his intentions.

When confronted he said he had authority from the HOA.

Even in the event of an emergency, the plumber should attempt to alert tenants of a water shut-off. How would you like to be in the middle of dying your hair when the water is suddenly shut off.

On the second occasion, the plumber deliberately failed to let it be known that the water would only be off for 5 or 10 minutes when confronted but instead was obstinate and said to contact the HOA.

Thank you to Tim and Derek for installing this shower panel in my bathroom today. Tim was the first to respond and the pricing was fair and reasonable. So glad I found Chino Valley Plumbing.

Had to call Tim to come out again. Had a main line clog and my laundry room sink clogged. Had a plumber com out the day before (at that time the main line was not clogged) they snaked my laundry room drain, changed the sink plug and re-built and replace my pea trap. They did a great job but couldn't get the sink drain to flow.

Chino valley plumbing came out the next day, noticed my mine was fully clogged, fixed that and were able to clear my sink drain after the other company couldn't. Did both drains very a very reasonable price and the plumber he sent was clean, knowledgeable and very professional. I will never call another plumber. Shame on me.

Very disappointed in Chino Valley Plumbing!
On Thursday of last week, they said that on Monday they would inspect my moms (78 years old) house for me. No call on Monday, so I called them today. (Tuesday) now they say that they may be able to check it out on Thursday or Friday. I was patient all weekend with their time frame. Now I'm stuck starting over with another plumber.

Second time I've used Tim at Chino Valley Plumbing. Both times Tim is super on point and handles biz. Down to earth dude, good at what he does, friendly but focused. Price was in line with any other plumber out there, overall pleased with the service both times. Will use him again if plumbing troubles arise.
