This journey began just before the pandemic. A friend who specialized in chimney cleaning died in 2016. His spouse kept getting requests, and she reached out for help. At first, I said no because my daughter completed her studies. However, she overheard the conversation and encouraged me, so I decided to help out. So, here I am now, and my daughter has moved on to college.
