This journey began just before the pandemic. A close friend, a chimney cleaner, sadly passed away in 2016. His widow was still getting inquiries, and she sought my support. I initially turned her down because my daughter completed her studies. Yet, she listened in and motivated me to help, so I agreed to step in. And here I am today, and my daughter has since gone to college.
