We called and made an appointment, and was given a 2 hr window for their arrival (9 to 11). The tech called at 9:30, said he was 30 minutes away... He finally arrived at 1:15PM. We had to call and ask what was going on multiple times, only to be told he's only 5 minutes away each time.

When he arrived, he quoted us significantly more to fix a leaky faucet and a clogged drain than what the representative had said was their maximum. Also, didn't know how to turn on our shower.

We ended up thanking him for the estimate, and continuing our search elsewhere. I hope this company learns to respect their customer's time and becomes more forthcoming in their communication.

Joseph reached out after I messaged on Yelp in a timely manner and was able to provide reassurance they could fix the problem without a high cost. We talked and he assured me he would send someone to our home ASAP He sent Joe and Daniel and I highly recommend them as they were curtious, kind and understanding of our toilet situation. They walked me through what was wrong and told me I needed a new flow valve and they said I could buy one and put in myself if I YouTubed it. They offered to comeback and do it for a cost but was honest saying I could do it myself and save money I really appreciate that they didn't nickel and dime me. Thanks guys I appreciate your help.

Happy to have a quick call back and on time arrival which is not automatic these days. Adam diagnosed problems and didn't charge for the estimate on work we didn't get done. I had issues with a hot water heater. Adam came over to diagnose. He did a great job of calling up the manufacturer and arranging for parts to be shipped. Bonus realizing that it was still under warranty. Not knowing how soon the part would be delivered, Adam was able to schedule quickly when it did arrive . Credit to Adam for his hard work.

I'm very disappointed that a company that gets a five star review is not able to return a phone call. I inquired about a quote for some work on Yelp and received a message to call for an appointment. I did that and asked for the gentleman that sent me the message. A young lady answered the call and said he was on the other line. She took my name and number and said he'd call my back. That was Wednesday & it's Sunday evening. This is the 2nd company with a five star review that never bothered to call me back. Maybe I should start with the one stars & work my way up.

Emergency plumbers were great. There was an awful mess and stench in our kitchen from over flowing sinks that backed up. We were told that someone would be out in one to one and a half hrs. Q and Savon were right on time. They were very pleasant and professional. Our kitchen sink was fixed in no time. The next time it will be the toilets in our condo, but hopefully not on an urgent basis. Today it was $300 well spent. Thank you Q and Savon.
