Thomas and his son were very professional and diagnosed our issue right away. Thomas was straight to the point and takes the time to show you what's wrong and explain everything. We had a Y sewer line that was cracked and incomplete. Roots were growing and causing a huge block causing backup. They removed it and replaced with PVC pipe and hydro jetting. They are clean and also make sure to clean up after themself. Highly recommend. They gave us a fair quote & price. Go with these guys if you want it professionally done.

Although the drain routing service they provided was adequate, they WAY over charged me. Because this was kind of an emergency and I had no way to evaluate the cost, I agreed to the work. After they left, I checked with several other plumbers and they confirmed that the charge was way too much. I did contact them and told them my findings. They agreed to a modest refund, which I accepted. Even with the refund, I still paid way too much. They also left my kitchen floor a mess. I would never use them again.
