Please do NOT use this company in Yorktown Heights, NY. There's a reason why they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. The boss, Andrew, is a surly, unprofessional bully who walked away from the job after telling me he could try to unplug my drainage pipe for $200 more than the original quote with no guarantees but assumed I had a 'broken pipe' like the neighbors that would cost A LOT more money to dig. Given that someone had cut through their pipe, I pointed out that no one had cut my pipe. My problem started because the toilet was simply clogged. At that point, he said I was ""nasty"" & left because he didn't want to work with me. Thank goodness for Rotor Router! Professional from start to finish.

This place was recommended to me by a neighbor and I'm so glad I took their advice. My basement toilet was spewing water all over the floor. I called late on a Friday evening, left a message and within 5 minutes, I received a call back. He told me they would be here the next day, Saturday. Andy arrived on time and was incredibly professional and personable. I told him about the problem and he immediately went to work. He fixed the problem in about an hour and a half and cleaned up so well it looked like he was never there. I cannot recommended this company enough. Great professional service at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely use this company again.

My washing machine drained and the sink in the laundry room overflowed. I called Cheap Snake and Andy came right over. The dude was professional, courteous, and 100% professional. He diagnosed the problem, cleared the drain, stuck around to make sure it was clear and was in and out fast. Definitely would use Cheap Snake again and definitely will recommend to anyone with a plumbing issue.
