Eric is amazing! Very grateful for him!

I discovered that I had a sewage leak under my home. He called me back right away, referred me to a company to remove the sewage. And then coordinated with the company to ensure he was available immediately after the sewage was removed to fix the break. Eric's price was fair and he quickly fixed my issue. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic plumber!

Eric did a fantastic job! On his first visit he very quickly fixed a clogged sink and replaced a part in my toilet. On his next visit, he moved one toilet to a different bathroom and installed a new toilet in what seemed like no time. He helped me with a tub clog that turned into something much bigger and turned into replacing a while line of pipe in my crawl space. He was responsive on text and showed up on time.

Eric is not the cheapest plumber but he does what he can to try to help. The most important thing is that he will do the job right. He explained everything along the way and pointed out mistakes (such as a lead pressure valve installed by another plumber - yikes!!) made by previous plumbers. I learned that the expression, ""you get what you pay for"" is spot on.

I will call Eric time for every plumbing problem I need done right. Highly recommend.

We had a problem with our kitchen sink today. When we ran the disposal, the water would not go down and water was also coming up in the other side of the sink. My husband tried to plunge it, but no success! We had to get help. I looked on Yelp and saw that Chase Plumbing was close to us AND it had great reviews.
The owner, Eric, had told me that they were pretty booked, but he said I'll get my technician to come to you after he finishes his appointment . He said he will be there between 2:30 and 3:30. At 2.30 my doorbell rings and Eric came himself because he didn't want us to have to deal without a workable sink! He was so pleasant and professional and got right to the problem, and fixed it in no time at all. We were extremely happy with his service. He is very personable, professional, and affordable! We will have him come for any plumbing problem that comes up. We recommend him very highly!!

After quotes from 5 companies, one showed up that I thought was a national brand - all their colors and part of their name was an imitation! After their plumber ran 4 snakes and replaced a pipe (?), their ""technician"" packed his truck and left!

Ta - ta-tum! Eric arrives from Chase Plumbing. He had cleared the line twice previously and so went to the farther access, worked 2 hours, using a greater boring tool, and cleared the line again. Eric refused to charge me, said he ""should have known previously"". How about that! (I sent him a check.)

Talk about an honest plumber! And capable! My highest recommendation goes to Chase Plumbing.
