Chase had Eric come out and replace my Rheem water heater's gas valve and chamber sensor. This is a common issue with Consumer Grade (Home Deopt/Lowes) Rheem heaters. Mine was only 3 years old before these components went out.

Eric was prompt, courteous, professional in all manners, knew exactly what he was doing, and completed the job in a clean and very timely manner.

And critically, because I was without warm/hot water!! ...they were able to come out the next day after calling.

Huge thanks to Eric James. I have called for his service several times to fix the garbage disposer, unclog the sink, etc. He is always highly efficient and honest on what truly needs to be repaired. His charge is always reasonable and he is always very prompt to answer the text message for appointment or questions.

My special appreciation for our recent conversations, that when he is unavailable for a same day service for a garbage disposer clog issue, he patiently read the text/pictures I sent with the description of the issue, and called me back right away with instructions of steps to repair it, and told me if I am interested, I can fix by myself and save some cost. Because it is quite easy to fix it, and he was more than happy to help me fix it the next day, as he was fully booked that day.

This is long overdue. Chase has helped us now on four occasions over the past three years.

From the major (sewer lateral replacement) to minor (snaking kitchen sink, installing a new toilet, replacing an old toilet flow valve and sink sprayer hose) Eric has been extremely responsive and professional.

Communication has been top notch. When we needed a new toilet he suggested a make and model that would fit our space. Ditto with replacement parts for our sink. Sink backed up over the holidays? No problem, he was able to help the next morning despite a full schedule.

Chase was called by my property management company after a refrigerator issue. They responded promptly and went over and above to make sure the job was done quickly and correctly. Eric and his co-worker were friendly and even helped move out the food from the unit. My elderly mother was home and they were very respectful and friendly while chatting with her. Bonus points! I decided to work on a diy project and repaint my bathtub - all I had to do was remove the drain and then reattach it once the epoxy was dry. What could go wrong? Everything went wrong. The next day, I had a 3 litter water bubble in my downstairs bathroom. I called a few places. Many were busy. One guy came and quoted me $1700 to fix this problem. Right away and we're honest and helpful. The giant water bubble on my ceiling was gone and they even cleaned up to ensure that everything dried properly and there was no mold. $250 later, I'm another loyal client. Highly recommend!

I discovered that I had a sewage leak under my home. He called me back right away, referred me to a company to remove the sewage. And then coordinated with the company to ensure he was available immediately after the sewage was removed to fix the break. Eric's price was fair and he quickly fixed my issue. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic plumber!
