After having an appliance repair man come out to fix my dishwasher that was leaking, I was told it was the air gap that needed to be replaced. My Home Warranty company sent Eric with Chase Rooter & Plumbing to fix it. After Eric thoroughly inspected every part of dish charge house, to cleaning the line that was a little clogged running from the air gap to the hose and running my dishwasher to see exactly where the leak was, it was the dish charge hose that needed to be replaced as well as a gasket that fits between the hose & the air gap. Eric told me that an appliance repair person would have to be the one to fix the problem. Eric did a great job while he was looking at the issue. He was prompt, courteous, very thorough with his work and professional. Definitely the type of service you want when needing to have something fixed.

Chase saved my kitchen!!! After the mess that the previous contractor left for a broken pipes and undoable kitchen drain for almost one whole week, I finally got Chase plumbing come to fix everything within only 30 minutes and all problems were solved. Chase Rooter and Plumbing was assigned by Fidelity Warranty to fix a leaking pipe in our master bathroom. The technician arrived right on time. He was polite and professional. He assessed the problem, showed me the issue and then found a secondary issue that would have caused me a problem later on. He had all the parts needed and completely replaced the pop up assembly and replaced the incorrect washer. I would recommend Chase and happily use them again in the future.

We had Eric help us with our leak under the sink. At first visit, he thought it was an issue with our old movable faucet. So he replaced that with a brand new one. Unfortunately, the leak was still there.

Eric quickly returned and discovered the issue was the entire faucet system. He ordered a brand new faucet system and noted he would need to also deal with some calcified plumbing issues.

Upon his return, he worked quickly and resolved what seemed like a more and more challenging install. You can also tell that Erik takes great pride in what he does as he was bothered by and spent time resolving some of the visual calcium that showed after the removal of the old faucet.

To recap why I am giving Eric such a high rating:
1. Super professional
2. Timely -- he met all three of his time windows.
3. Resolved our issue to our complete satisfaction
4. Eric is enjoyable to talk to and a friendly person

I will 100% use Eric again when we have plumbing challenges in the future.

Tough to get but if u r lucky and get Eric, he's very capable.
Recently moved from long time SF/Peninsula location to East Bay. Not sure what this means to all of their customers but probably won't service here any more.
