We had a leak in our bathroom faucet, as well as problems with the flush in the toilet. Eric gave us a quote over the phone, arrived the same day and was able to fix both the issues very quickly. His pricing was fair and reasonable. In fact he didn't even charge us labor for the toilet flush since it appeared to be a quick fix for him. I know other plumbers who would try and charge an hour's worth of labor for each issue they fix .. lol.

I'm very happy with my experience with Chase Plumbing. I had a backup in my kitchen sink and I had another company come snake the drain. The other company said that I needed the line to be hydro jetted to fully clean it and gave a really high price. I decided to shop around and found Chase Plumbing. Really fast response and easy communication with Eric! He gave a much lower quote over text message and was able to come out the next morning. I also felt that he was much more trustworthy than the other companies that I asked for quotes. In the meantime, I had remembered that I had been meaning to replace the shut-off and PRV to the house. Eric provided another quote for that and was able to complete that in the same visit. Eric was very professional and got both jobs done fast. Chase Plumbing will be my go-to from now on.

My tank less hot water system stopped working so I called for a diagnostic quote. Chase mentioned that it might have been caused by the emergency gas shutoff being tripped. He walked me through how to test and reset the gas issue. It worked. He could have send someone out to check and charge me for the service but he didn't. Chase will get all my plumbing business going forward for being honest. Thank you so much.

It has been about 7 years since we last had to call on Eric and his team at Chase R&P and was glad we found them again! Previously (at a different house) we had a significant issue (in wall pipe situation where he stayed late to cute into our wall and make a fix before it could cause a major issue). This time was more straight forward, fixing our shower cartridge which was no longer working for hot/cold activation (Either really hot or really cold showers just weren't doing it for us).
- All communication was quick and easy with Eric - Phone and Text
- He diagnosed the likely problem over the phone (I realize this isn't always possible)
- Gave me pricing ahead of time, and stuck to it as there were no unexpected changes that would alter it.
- Arrived right on time and was in and out quickly, while making time to give me a thorough undertstanding of the issue, and what was done to fix it.

A+ across the board and Chase R+P will continue to be our go to plumber. Although, we agreed that hopefully I won't need them back any time soon! Highly recommend!
