Had major sump pump replacement and tankless water heater replacement in the Studio City area, they kept in communication with me every step of the process and explained details of every cost ahead of time. Charlie's team was respectful and a pleasure to work with. Initially, I hired a different plumber, but what was supposed to be a $500 job quickly escalated to $12k. I started to feel like I was being scammed, but Charlie came out right away to assess the situation and confirmed the previous plumber was correct. I ended up choosing Charlie because the first plumber didn't communicate or explain things clearly enough for me to feel confident in my decision. Charlie took the time to walk me through everything and point out all the issues.

My house is over 100 years old, so I knew there would be problems. The cost was substantial, and about 75% of the plumbing lines to the city were replaced, though 25% is still pending. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to replace that last part, so I'm just hoping the sewage goes where it's supposed to for now.

Charlie and his team did excellent work, addressing issues efficiently and keeping everything clean and organized. While the price was on the higher side, the work was top-notch. I would definitely hire Charlie again for future projects. While cost is always a factor, sometimes quality and honesty are worth the investment.

Charlie's Sewer and Drain (LuLu, the business owner) were very responsive and extremely helpful. I had a sump pump stop working during the recent rains which caused a backuped, flooded walkway near the guest house on one of my rental properties. Jorge came out the next day and quickly resolved the issue. Jorge was a great technician and communicator who clearly explained what caused the problem. He was able to fix the break down within minutes. Thank you to both LuLu and Jorge for the wonderful service!

Jorge was our service technician. He called 20 minutes prior to his visit and showed up on time. He deduced the issue right away and unclogged the drain within 30 minutes! Very professional!! The price was amazing as well! By the way- Lulu who answers phones and schedules is AMAZING!!
