I work for a property group that manages a big number of houses and these people are inside our favorite providers!!
They are extremely nice in every step of the way: when they take your call, when they call/text you back to schedule the appointment and when they go to the house to perform the job.
Every time a Tenant notifies us about a plumbing issue, I am happy that we know Charlie's because they respond immediately and schedule the appointments within a 2-days maximum period of time.
We will continue working with them and we definitely recommend their service to everyone!!

I own a very old building so when plumbing problems arise it's been very difficult to find a plumber who can work with old plumbing....My contractor referred me to Charlie's and they came to my rescue within hours...Luis was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable... I thought I had a clogged pipe because my toilet was making some gurgling noises. Charlie came within a couple of hours of my call. Turns out that it was only some air in the pipes making the noises. I'm grateful for the quick response, the honesty and the patience. Super friendly too. Will definitely call them next time!

I was having issues with rain water backing up and not draining to the street. Louis came to the house on time and very helpful. Within 5 minutes he found a 3 foot root clogging one of the drains and removed it. The system works great now, just in time for more rain.
I would definitely use Charlie's again!

Did a huge job, lots of excavation, pipe and sewer replacement, all in one day and left the house and the yard looking almost as if nothing had happened. Showed us what they were doing at every step. Fantastic customer service.

Luis was absolutely fantastic. Helpful knowledgeable, nice. They fixed two leaking, broken drains and replaced 30-40 feet of piping under the house that had bellied and was causing clogs. The second drain wasn't even part of the original issue, they identified it and recommended a fix at a fair price -- I wouldn't have ever known it was leaking. He clearly explained everything he was doing and made sure to investigate and get confirmation from me before proceeding. Thanks Luis!
