Ask for Luis! Stand up guy who works hard, thinks of good solutions, and executes them well, with the right tools and help. Kept the work site very clean, for example was very conscientious about wearing booties in the house when needed and laying down tarps to protect our turf when digging. Plenty of good reviews for the company already, but worth mentioning Luis by name. Thanks!!!

Top notch crew! Jorge is the man and knows how to problem solve like none other! We discovered a nasty root ball in our sewer and had no idea where our clean out was for hydro jetting. Well.. turns out there wasn't one but thanks to Jorge & team we now got one with easy access. Not only did Jorge thoroughly explain the process of fixing.. he did so with honesty and integrity and it was so appreciated! If I could give Charlie's Sewer & Rooter 10 stars I would. Highly recommend and thanks again to Jorge and crew for taking care of our sewer issue. Oh did I mention they were working late on a Friday? Yep.. did not halt work until the job was done and in good order. These are my people-- hard workers and honest! We will be working with the team again to update our subterranean piping.

We have used Charlie's twice in last few months, first for sewer line problem and replacement of ancient pipes and more recently for replacement of hose bib.
Both times they have responded promptly, shown up on time, completed the work professionally and charged us fairly.
Moises was great to communicate with on the major pipe job, explaining all the steps along the way. When there was a small glitch they came back immediately to correct it. And Lulu in the office has also been very responsive. They are now our Go-To plumbers and I highly recommend them.

Charlie's Sewer recently completed a major repiping project for us. I anticipated about 2-3 weeks to complete a full repiping of our horizontal lines, including replacing our main pipe to the city sewer line, but it took them about 5-6 days, including clean-up. It was a huge project that required a lot of expertise and manpower, and it could not have gone smoother. The work was high-quality, done efficiently, and passed inspection, but what I appreciated the most is they had a project manager, Daniel, onsite who was in constant communication with me regarding the status of the project. He was on top of scheduling and checked in with me on a daily basis as to the work completed (at my request) and always provided a timeline as to starting and ending times on a daily basis. He was very informative and always took the time to explain their processes to me. If I had a question or concern, he responded to me immediately. Also, his team was incredibly professional, friendly and treated our residents with respect. Noise was kept to a minimum and we were always made aware of utility interruptions prior to water shut-off. This was a huge project that was handled with the utmost care, and they made the entire process easy for me to manage, and comfortable for our residents. Seriously, one of the best contractors I have ever worked with.

Out of all our estimates, they were the lowest-priced bid, but were the only company who informed me we needed a permit from the city to start the work, and worked with me on the process to start the paperwork, then handled getting the permits from the city. I'm pretty amazed by the number of licensed plumbers who told me they could chance doing the work without a permit. I just really appreciated their honesty and unwillingness to cut corners, and their knowledge of the city's laws. In considering their bid was well below other estimates and the quality of work was incredible, it was a great deal. I deal with a lot of contractors, and their team was top-notch, in both quality of work and professionalism. I highly recommend Charlie's Sewer for any major pipe renovation or plumbing issues.

We had a really stuck drain so we looked on Yelp to find a rooter service with a good reputation. We called Charlies Sewer and Drain and we got great rapid service. Luis was great. He fixed the clog and explained what went wrong. I really appreciate his knowledge. What a relief!

Luis and his top-notch team did an A++++ job. Luis was very informative and transparent about the options we had with regards to our sewer line, and then explained the entire process as it was happening. They showed up on time, and finished early. Charlie even stopped by during the job to say hello. I wish all companies treated their clients this well and took as much pride in their work as Luis and his crew did. I will only ever use Charlie's in the future.

This company apparently can't do condos or apartments. Haha. Laughable. I requested service and she seemed excited to turn me down. Very poor customer service.

First off, left the review because of the way I was treated. Not because you don't service condos (which, by the way, is ridiculous in itself). Go listen again to the recording. Also, my ratio is 50/50 positive to negative. So you be the judge. Companies who treat prospective clients with such disdain and have 5 stars don't deserve them. Thanks for the life lesson though! I treat everyone with respect if I'm treated equally.

I called Charlie's Sewer & Drain to clear out a storm drain that was blocked by roots. Luis came out and gave me several options, patiently reviewing the possible pros and cons of each. No upselling or pushing toward the more expensive options. I went with a hydrojet. Luis was quick, efficient, professional, and beyond pleasant to work with - willing to walk me through the entire process as they did the work. They cleared out the roots and double checked the surrounding drains to assure I'd have clear running water throughout. And unlike many vendors that leave me to do a clean up after they're gone, I think Luis left my backyard cleaner than it was before he got there. All around great service!
