Thanks to the big number of positive reviews on yelp, I took a chance and called them when I needed help with a clogged kitchen sink. My building handyman is impossible. (he is lucky he isn't on yelp... :-) )
Charlie's Rooter Service answered quickly, quoted me a great price and they sent someone out within 1.5 hour. Amazing. Luis was polite, efficient and patient, explaining everything he did.

I called around 1:00 and Lulu told me a tech would be at my house between 2:00-3:00, which already seemed quick to me. About 10 minutes later, the tech called and told me he was available and asked if he could come EARLIER than what I had been told! From the time I called, to the time he arrived, no more than 45 minutes had passed. Doesn't get any better than that. Ramón showed up gave a fair assessment of the job and quoted me a reasonable price which I felt no need to get other quotes for. He was a very nice guy, knowledgeable, and took care of three bathroom issues in a professional and timely matter. He also took care of a problem I didn't know I had for no additional cost. I've used Charlie's in the past and there is a reason why I called again. It's always nice when you can get phenomenal service and support a local, small business. Put their phone number on your fridge or in your phone.

Charlie of Charlie's Rooter Service arrived timely. Before entering the house he and Elio put on shoe covers to protect my floors. He assessed the needs regarding my clogged kitchen pipe and proceeded with the proposed project. In addition to having a clean out, I had new pipes installed. The total time spent was just over an hour and reasonably priced. Charlie and Elio worked together and were diligent regarding cleaning up after themselves. Everything was spotless. Kudos, gentlemen. I'll definitely call them for any future needs. Highly recommend their service.
