Charlie and his team are great! Had a piping issue that required intensive work. I looked around Yelp, had many different companies come to assess and chose Charlie because he felt the most honest AND the price was MORE reasonable (others quoted me more $15k!). Charlie and his team returned everything back to the way it was before they started, cleaned after themselves, patched up and installed a drywall for us where they made a cut, hosed down our driveway, covered our belongings from debris,and it only took 48hours of hard work from 0800-1800 to get the job done! I am very well satisfied with their work ethic, efficiency, and thoroughness.

Luis and his crew did an amazing job for us today. My tenant informed me yesterday that they had major backing up in both toilets and tubs. I found Charlie's on Yelp and called them. Luis arrived 2.5 hours later, diagnosed the problem and informed me of my options. The job was not cheap as they had to drain out massive amounts of leaked sewage, but Charlie was honest and service-oriented and helped put me at ease. He made a very difficult situation much easier for everyone. Today, Luis completed the restoration and repairs in a timely fashion, and my tenants will be moving back in tonight. Charlie's will be my go-to plumbing company in the future!

On behalf of Lon Cohen (Backline) Studio Rentals, we had a clogged and overflowed toilet this morning. The reception was quick to answer and quote. $125 for full service of the one toilet, and was there within two hours (earlier than time projected). Quick, clean, efficient, polite, and very well priced. Luis was absolutely wonderful. Will recommend and be using for our own future plumbing needs.
