Charley's Plumbing was hired though a contractor who was remodeling my bathroom. He explained his worked to me and I appreciated the time he took to make me feel comfortable. I mentioned that I would like to have my home repiped. Not only did he explained the process, his team showed up as expected, kept to his estimated timeline, very neat during and at completion, were Covid minded, and gave me a fair price. Since then, I have requested additional services. Charley and his team has provided the same professional service. In this time of scammers and dishonest companies, it is a relief to find a company that I can trust. I have referred him every chance I get because feel I have found a rare gem.

Charles Saulus was amazing. I called 3 other local businesses to fix my hydronic ""pancake"" (or ""taco"") heat exchanger when we discovered the heat no longer worked in our home. All 3 businesses said they couldn't even find someone with the expertise to diagnose the problem, let alone fix it - including the company who installed it! Charles came to our home, listened to me, and immediately diagnosed the problem as an air lock in the heat exchanger's pump. In 30 minutes, our heat was back on. He explained every step to me and clearly was head-and-shoulders above his competition with his expertise in plumbing and HVAC. I will call on Charles again for HVAC or plumbing issues and I recommend him to you unconditionally.

Beyond a 5 -star experience! I had a water heater problem and called Charley's Plumbing. Everything was fast and convenient from communicating on google and yelp to communicating on the phone. The response time was extremely reassuring and the arrival time was even better! Charles came out within 30 minutes at around 8pm in the evening. The same day service after hours was much appreciated. Charles was able to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. Very skilled plumber with a ton of knowledge. This is the second time I've used Charley's plumbing in the past year. Also had a sewer problem in willow glen at a different house and Charles came out committed to taking care of the problem. They replaced an old sewer line in few days. What stood out to me was how clean they kept the job site. An honest hardworking company in my opinion. The quality of the work is parallel to none. I'm sure anyone who has had work done by Charley's Plumbing can agree. I would recommend to my family and anyone who is in need of any plumbing or drain help and wants things done right and assuring. My faucet over the bathtub was broken. Call many plumbers on yelp with no luck. I guess it is because it is Saturday. Suddenly, I remembered Charley and Mat who had fix my faucet in the kitchen before. Charley called back in minutes. He said he is available in a hour. He texted me on his way and let me know he will be here in 30-40 minutes. He arrived in the timeframe he promised. He only repaired what was necessary, without replacing the whole faucet and valve as other plumber suggested, which would have costed a lot more. Charley quoted a price which is very reasonable, I think by just repairing what was broken instead of installing a new one costed him more effort, he did not charge me more than his original quote. Every time, Charley fixed something, he let us know what to look out for to catch potential future issues early on. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Bonus: they were really great about putting on shoe covers (and taking them off before going back outside). Most other contractors/delivery people I had to explicitly ask first, but Charley and Mat came with shoe covers ready.

I would have Charley and Mat as my go-to plumbers and refer them to anybody who need plumbing services.

They also installed new toilets and a dishwasher for us as well, and let us know what to look out for to catch potential future issues early on. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
