I first met Charley when the hot water knob broke on our tub late one evening. The water wouldn't turn off. Despite the after hours call, he came right over and even had the part on his truck!! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all things plumbing! He will answer your text right away if you have any type of problem. His prices are extremely reasonable as well. Also, he makes you feel very comfortable about allowing him in your house (for all the women out there). He's been our go to guy for all plumbing issues for the last 3 years. Thanks Charley!

With Yelps multi quotes options, Charles' initial response was the most detail in term of labor cost and potential causes. Since it was late in the evening, we planned to meet on the next afternoon for a no cost inspection. Next day, before a meeting happened, Charles proactively checked water meter box where the leak was. He root caused the issue to my service line and not the water utility meter box.
Due to my preference of how to fix the issue, I did not use Charles' service. However, his clear initial labor cost, professionalism and pro-activeness, I recommend you to contact Charley's Plumbing when selecting a plumbing company for your plumbing service.

Wow. This guy makes you feel good when he arrives. First of all - super knowledgeable. Second, although very knowledgeable, there is not an upsell - just straightforward this is what is wrong and this is how to fix.

Third, he is thorough. I have two tankless water heaters, he fixed the first and then inspected the second. Awesome!

First time in a long time where I have a skilled trades person and you feel as though he was treating the home as his own rather than a checkbook. I posted his card in my garage so I will always have it handy and others can also see my preferred vendors when they are at mt home.

Honest to goodness awesome guys. Charley was able to fit my last minute repair request in. He has a sidekick, Matt, who helped diagnose the problem with my water heater. When my water heater needed a part, they went to a nearby hardware store and got it so the job will be completed that day and I can have hot water again. While they worked, they explained to me what the problem issue was. Will definitely work with them again when something else goes wrong. These guys are just great people and professionals!
