My very old water heater began leaking this past weekend. I contacted Charley who was very responsive, and we were able to identify that the water heater needed to be replaced over text/photos. Just a couple days later, he replaced it, working fairly late, all for a competitive price. He also diagnosed an unrelated minor issue in the process and gave me some advice about maintenance that was helpful. All in all, another job well done.

I had another plumbing company come over and fix a pinhole leak in my shower pipes, but realistically they didn't solder the pinhole just put a spot weld..they also recommended to me to replace 12ft of pipes because the condos water has been eating away the pipe(ok fair enough) something didn't sit right with me so I spoke to Charles and he came over to us and corrected the problemy pipes did need to get redone but it was only 5ft of pipes not 12..he saved me over $1,000 with his honesty..I value that big time..he has earned my respect and my money..they we're quick clean and professional nothing much more you can ask for. Thank you again sir.

Charles did some top notch work in my home, fixing a circulation pump, as well as replacing 3 shower valves and associated shower heads, including a rain shower. The price was very reasonable, as well.
Best of all, Charles did some minor repairs to my faucets absolutely free of charge !
I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for future work.

Charleys Plumbing is incredible! He is the only plumber I trust to do anything in my home. Most recently we had some kind of leak and we didn't know where or what. Our water bill went from $90 per month to $800. He came, diagnosed the problem, told us exactly how to fix it ourselves, since it was an easy fix, and didn't charge us a penny. second time having the pleasure to hire Charley.

he helped address a leaking kitchen facet. willing to come same day to diagnose and repair the next day once i ordered the parts. it turned out also had a bad garbage disposal. charley was willing to make the extra run to local hw store to purchase the disposal and install.

it was a repair for my tenants and could not be in person or pay right upfront. charley understood the circumstances willing to work w me given our past projects.

We were having issues with getting hot water in one of our showers and Charley was recommended by our electrician. When I initially called him, he somehow found the time to fit us in that day and evaluated the situation. He determined that it was the valve and he also suspected that it might be under warrantee (which it was!). This is beyond admirable for a contractor to display such an ethical business approach. As we were waiting for the valve to arrive we experienced another issue with our tankless water heater. We had no hot water in any of our bathrooms. He came out right away and solved the problem for us. He is responsive, efficient, smart, honest and just an all around decent human. I can not recommend him highly enough. A seriously decent and good guy.
