Thank you Charity Plumbing! I called to request an estimate to have an RO drinking fountain installed at my office. The dispatcher, Rachel, was really helpful over the phone! She answered all of my initial questions, and set me up with a time and day for the estimate. William came out on time and was very professional. He was also very knowledgeable and presented a quote that was more than fair. No other competitors prices came close to Charity's. Installation of the water fountain was quick and the water tastes AMAZING, as William promised.

Chairty plumbing saved the day! All of the toilets and showers in my grandmothers home backed up suddenly on a Sunday afternoon requiring the water to be turned off. We called several other companies that couldn't come out until late that evening or the following day. Charity was there in less than an hour and quickly fixed the issue. We are so please with the service and price! We will be using them again for sure!!!

Charity plumbing is first class. They really rolled out the red carpet for us after our water heater began leaking. Coming out on a weekend. Helping us coordinate with dry force the remediation team to help with dry out. Upgrading our water heater, making recommendations on filters and recirc system to replace the calcified one. All at a reasonable price. The owner of the company, Jim, even came to view the damage and help us determine our best options. Charity plumbing truly exceeded our expectations. I would say that I am looking forward to our water heater exploding again but we were upgraded to one with a lifetime warranty. Truly professional service. Bill who installed our water heater has 18+ years experience.

After my parents house flooded from a broken water line Charity Plumbing was there extremely fast. They fixed two issues very quick so we could move on to the flood damage. The charity support and discounts they offer are great!

I am always for trying to help a friend and so I was recommended to use this company for a plumbing issue. I was told by the co-owner I would not be charged for them to come out and inspect what the issue could be. The owner came for all of 30 minutes within that time he seemed more preoccupied in taking other service calls, but none the less he gave me his thoughts on what could be wrong. He would have to come back and do some extensive work with a going rate of $89 an hour not including what else he may find when he starts cutting. I agreed, he came the next day and before he began cutting he advised he didn't need to do extensive work and that I only had a minor irrigation/sprinkler issue that caused my leak. I was happy to hear of the good news, he said all he needed to do was a make a cut to the line and my issue would be fixed. He told me to monitor it and let him know if the leak continued. Well over the next 2 days it did so I did contact the owner and I also inquired why I was charged $89 twice when i was told the estimate would be at no charge. Well, after going back and forth via email with Jim I am out $200, my leak is still here along with it being worse, and the owner refused to come back out and fix what he said would stop the issue.
I would not recommend this company due to being dishonest, lack of professionalism, and overall not servicing a customer as promised and charged no less.

I've dealt with Charity Plumbing on multiple occasions since my landlord refuses to pay for it and I've been quoted by other companies that no where compared to the savings Charity was able to save our family. Also Jim and Rachel are the best to deal with they are very polite and respectful and for me great customer service goes along way since its hard to find now days. I highly recommend at least giving them a call and going from there I promise you they won't disappoint.
