BEWARE!!!
I had a tech Bill come to my property to evaluate the plumbing issue and give me an estimate. After Bill evaluated the issues we spoke to him several times to confirm that he accurately evaluated the problem and gave us a solid price to have the job done. He told us we would have to remove 2 kitchen cabinets to access the pipes which we did. We then scheduled the job. Today I had a different plumber come to my home. To begin with he did not give me his name and his appearance was dirty and sloppy. I knew he was from the company because his shirt said so and I saw the truck. He cut a hole in my wall then proceeded to tell me that he was not informed that the other wall was brick and/or the difficulty of the job. Then stated he didn't have the equipment/parts to proceed and did not have a helper. He said he didn't know how long it would take to complete the job and or how long it would take him to return with parts and helper. He then said he would run the pipe on the interior or exterior wall which is not what I was told when I scheduled the appointment. He said they didn't tell him about the brick wall. The house is brick its no mystery? This plumber did not know anything about the job and did not have any parts in his truck???Even though he called the office and spoke to Bill several times to continued to present confused about the job not to mention unprepared. What the tech did know and made sure he told me is that he would charge me $400.00 more than what was initially quoted because he works by the hour and he made sure to tell me that he charges the company $109.00 hour and would have to find a helper that he pays $40.00 day. He then leaves to supposedly get what he needs. 2 hours after he leaves I call the company to ask what is going on? I call Bill and he hangs up on me then starts texting me t hat the tech told him I was going to get additional quotes. Which was never discussed WTF!!!! This has been they most disappointing, unprofessional, questionable, unprepared, contradictory, deceiving company that I have ever dealt with. Not to mention that they wasted my time. The tech also said the owner of the company would call me. I'm still waiting for the call!! This company is shady don't hire them. The best part of my experience is that they did not return and I did not pay for a job that they consistently contradicted what the problem was and or how much I was to pay.

I had sewage coming up from my master bathroom toilet and shower. Then my second bathroom starting acting up. I attempted to call my home warranty after waiting on hold for about an hour and a half I decided to end the call. From there I called Charity Plumbing and talked with the owner Jim. Within the hour Bill showed up and I explained the situation. He ended up going onto my roof and snaking the main pipe. They were beyond professional from start to end. I'm going to be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

I have used Charity Plumbing twice, once for faucet installation and another time for a slow drain issue. I was highly satisfied both times and would highly recommend.

They were great when my hot water tank needed to be replaced. They worked with my work schedule and didn't charge an additional fee to work with my availability. The tech that came out was friendly and professional and made it a point to clean up any mess he made while installing the new tank it.

On a separate day, I messaged to get a possible quote for repairing my washing machine. While that is not something they do, they were still able to help by referring me to someone who could help.

I will use them again in the future.

My roommate KC had an emergency leak last night. They came within 45 minutes at midnight! Fixed it quickly and I am very happy. I would recommend them to anyone that wants prompt, courteous service

Thank you Charity Plumbing! I called to request an estimate to have an RO drinking fountain installed at my office. The dispatcher, Rachel, was really helpful over the phone! She answered all of my initial questions, and set me up with a time and day for the estimate. William came out on time and was very professional. He was also very knowledgeable and presented a quote that was more than fair. No other competitors prices came close to Charity's. Installation of the water fountain was quick and the water tastes AMAZING, as William promised.

Professional and honest company with competitive prices. Definitely give them a try!

Chairty plumbing saved the day! All of the toilets and showers in my grandmothers home backed up suddenly on a Sunday afternoon requiring the water to be turned off. We called several other companies that couldn't come out until late that evening or the following day. Charity was there in less than an hour and quickly fixed the issue. We are so please with the service and price! We will be using them again for sure!!!
