Jim, the owner, went way beyond what we thought could be possible, ""he gotter done"", one would say. His guys, Tyler and Cody, OMG, theeee best! After two years, the house; bathroom; pipes; floors are done.
Jim will be upfront and honest, no frilly poop crap dodging lol. He's your man!

I really wanted to give a small business my business of getting a new water heater so when I received the postcard marketing Charity Plumbing I attempted to call. Calls are not answered directly.

Unfriendly and unconcerned woman who answers the phone only after repeatedly calling back or leaving a message. I was very clear in what my needs were but she didn't bother informing the tech of what my needs were.

Very friendly tech showed up and was straight forward and helpful. When he left I thought we had a game plan which involved me getting the equipment on my own. He gave me his number so I could stay in touch with him. I later asked him if he could obtain the equipment himself and proceed with installation. It was only after days of miscommunication that he informed me to call the office to schedule. I attempted to call the office and once again, no answer. At this point I felt the entire process was unprofessional. I went with a larger company who was clearly more motivated for my business.

A month later I received a bill from Charity Plumbing for a service call that stated it was my responsibility for not calling to schedule. I reluctantly paid it but I want to share my experience.

I chose Charity due to the Yelp reviews. We had a water leak after hours which lead to the need to re-pipe her 40 year old mobile home. I called two other companies to get quotes and they were not even willing to repipe underneath a mobile home. Many issues were discovered upon the work starting but even though we were without water for a week; Charity completed the job thoroughly and honored the quote even though they lost money on the job because the original quote was not done correctly. Additionally, the plumbers were very clean and professional. I can not say enough good things about the extra effort they went through due to our particular situation.

I called this company to clear a stopped up drain. The guy showed up on time and was very qualified and had the right equipment. As I watched him work which took about an hour and 20 minutes which involved removing a toilet I was imagining the bill would be quite high. To my surprise it was much less than I expected. I hired Charity Plumbing for the first time yesterday. The work was done well and I was happy with the professionalism of the technician. There were some issues that stemmed from miscommunication, which I was originally frustrated with. However, immediately upon learning of my frustration, they bent over backward to make it right and went above and beyond (more than I could imagine) to make me happy and did so very quickly. I understand that sometimes things happen, but for them handle it so well and so quickly is just not something you see everyday.
