I have no review of Jason's work but I do have a review of his professionalism and ethics. I called about him coming out to check my gas logs b/c the pilot would not stay on and then if it did, the burner went out after a bit. Instead of charging me to come out and clean it, which he said was more than likely the problem, he walked me through how to do it, which of course he did not have to do. In this day and age we live in, it was a true breath of fresh air and makes you realize there are still good and decent people out there!! Thank you, Jason!!! Merry Christmas! Judy B.

I have had mixed success with Chapman Plumbing. They installed some faucets and did a fine job. Then I asked about a hot water recirculating pump and he quoted a price that was competitive and I asked him to install it and that's when things went south. I don't know what the issue was, but they never were able to get it to work to my satisfaction. They came out 4-5 times and while it might be better than it was, it was not what I expected. I had another plumber come out and he thought the T-valves that they tried to use simply didn't work. Jason offered to replace the T-valves but was going to charge me $300 + labor. I had already paid $950 and didn't think I should have to pay more. We were at an impasse. He thought that there was sufficient improvement and I disagreed. If I were to do it again, I would have nailed down how quickly hot water should arrive at the faucet, and that would have solved a lot of guesswork. Jason was out of town while all of this happened so perhaps that's part of it. Bottom line is that I ended up with a system that, from my perspective, doesn't work. While I can believe the 5-Star reviews of others, my experience didn't support that.

Of all the companies I contacted Jason was the only one who said he wanted to see the hot water heater before quoting me a price. Once he arrived and inspected everything he gave me a quote. Jason and crew were professional and arrived as promised and completed the work in a timely manner. I will hire him again whenever I need any plumbing work done. He took the time to show me what I need to know about the new equipment and also let me know about possible rebates for new hot water heater. All in all an excellent experience and I highly recommend him.

Jason unclogged our kitchen sink. First time through his auger snake didn't clear it. He patiently ran it through again and water is draining like new. Very fair price!

My mother's house was having a plumbing issue that needed to be solved. I called three companies to come out and diagnose the problem and tell me how much to fix it. The first two companies were large firms. I had two issues with both of them. First, both wanted to """"up sell"""" me. Practically no sooner were they in the door than they wanted to started talking about either replacing the hot water tank and/or adding an expansion tank, even though it was pretty obvious that the hot water tank had nothing to do with the problem. One company was insistent that it was imperative to add an expansion tank to the 30 year old hot water heater. Seriously? When it came to dealing with the actually problem they both had solutions that they sort of thought might work, or maybe not but they both suggested we just try it and see. One company told me that if we went with their least expensive solution they wouldn't even give us a one year warranty. Jason came out, spent a very few minutes and told me he was 99.9% certain of the problem and it wasn't a big deal to fix it. He quoted me an estimate and came back the next day to do the work. He didn't do any of this business of walking around the house looking for things he could try to talk me into. He and his assistant got the job done quickly and it appears to have resolved the issue. When it came time to pay he told me the job was quicker than the thought it would be so it would be $100 less than quoted. His original quote was about half of what the next lowest bid was. I was happy. Jason appears to be a no nonsense kind of plumber, which was perfect. I will tell you that while he was giving me the estimate he did wear a mask due to covid but also told me that while the work was being done he would not wear a mask as he considered it a safety issue (or some words to that effect). I left the windows open in the room he was working in while he was there and for a couple of hours afterwards. I would absolutely use him again and have already referred other business to him.

Horrible service- charged $200 and did not fix problem. My fault I did not push the issue. They claimed I needed another $1000 to fix the issues or another plumber here and fixed 109% in less than 1 hour and many dollars less. Beware!r

Jason and Ben called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and were very time efficient. They assessed and fixed the problem quickly and took time to explain how to avoid various issues in the future and answered another unrelated question. Their expertise was very obvious. I would use them again and I will recommend them.
