My mother's house was having a plumbing issue that needed to be solved. I called three companies to come out and diagnose the problem and tell me how much to fix it. The first two companies were large firms. I had two issues with both of them. First, both wanted to """"up sell"""" me. Practically no sooner were they in the door than they wanted to started talking about either replacing the hot water tank and/or adding an expansion tank, even though it was pretty obvious that the hot water tank had nothing to do with the problem. One company was insistent that it was imperative to add an expansion tank to the 30 year old hot water heater. Seriously? When it came to dealing with the actually problem they both had solutions that they sort of thought might work, or maybe not but they both suggested we just try it and see. One company told me that if we went with their least expensive solution they wouldn't even give us a one year warranty. Jason came out, spent a very few minutes and told me he was 99.9% certain of the problem and it wasn't a big deal to fix it. He quoted me an estimate and came back the next day to do the work. He didn't do any of this business of walking around the house looking for things he could try to talk me into. He and his assistant got the job done quickly and it appears to have resolved the issue. When it came time to pay he told me the job was quicker than the thought it would be so it would be $100 less than quoted. His original quote was about half of what the next lowest bid was. I was happy. Jason appears to be a no nonsense kind of plumber, which was perfect. I will tell you that while he was giving me the estimate he did wear a mask due to covid but also told me that while the work was being done he would not wear a mask as he considered it a safety issue (or some words to that effect). I left the windows open in the room he was working in while he was there and for a couple of hours afterwards. I would absolutely use him again and have already referred other business to him.

Horrible service- charged $200 and did not fix problem. My fault I did not push the issue. They claimed I needed another $1000 to fix the issues or another plumber here and fixed 109% in less than 1 hour and many dollars less. Beware!r

Jason and Ben called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and were very time efficient. They assessed and fixed the problem quickly and took time to explain how to avoid various issues in the future and answered another unrelated question. Their expertise was very obvious. I would use them again and I will recommend them.

I can't say enough good this about them. Jason and Kyle are two of the nicest guys you will find. They installed a water heater for me. They also came out to help me find a leak under my refrigerator. It ended up being the refrigerator and they didn't even charge me for the visit! If you need plumbing help do yourself a favor and call them.

Bought a new home and needed help locating an underground drain pipe that I suspected was clogged and causing water to back up into my basement. The guys came out on time, located and unclogged the pipe. Then they fixed it so I would be less likely to have a problem in the future. They were fast and efficient, very friendly, and the cost was quite reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Do NOT call this plumber. I was fraudulent charged $750 for a repair based on approval of a QUOTE for the upper ceiling of a repair. On Sunday, I was told by the plumber he charged $120 plus parts. I authorized him to go to my rental property. On Monday, he went and gave an estimated QUOTE for $750 total, including parts. He spent one hour on Monday, from the time he called that he was going to the time he gave the quote. On Tuesday, my tenant text that he had arrived by 2:13 pm. He called at 3:41 pm, less than two hours later, to authorize payment. He told me verbally on the phone he would charge $650. I asked how much the valve was. He said around $6.50. When I disputed that amount, he became angry, verbally abuse, mentioned inflated parts costs. He stated he would send an invoice. He took my email address and requested a card number to hold the charge. Chapman ran $750 through on my card. Chapman gave themselves a gift of a least $300 for work that was NOT performed and for which no money was spent on parts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I still don't have an invoice and a listing of """"imaginary"""" parts...because he didn't put in $400 worth of parts. I would post a picture of the pipe and valve but there isn't a way to do it.

exelent plumber.very nice,very knowlable,just a 100% good man.he did everything he told me and did it at the time he told me. he also informed me about a leak around the vent pipe from the water heater.he also informed me about a rebate program.i am completed sastified with his work and his knowledge,highly recommend.
