Ethan is AMAZING! What a relief to have a dependable, dedicated, competent, and friendly plumber. Ethan truly cares about the customer and recognizes how stressful plumbing issues are. But once Ethan walks in the door, I sigh with relief because he'll get right to work (he knows his stuff!), fixes the problem (dang tree roots!), and keeps me apprised of what's going on. I can also trust Ethan to not dilly dally and rack up the charges. The cost is always fair and reasonable.

The best thing about Ethan is he communicates! He responds quickly, gives an ETA, will refer me to Nathaniel (great reviews on Nathaniel too!) if he thinks he can't rescue us quickly enough, and he always is so personable! Ethan was at our house until 6:30 tonight and we invited him to stay for dinner! He didn't take us up on the offer, but that's what a great local Goletan (Go, Chargers!) that he is. And our toilets are working again. Ahhhhh.

Tonight I've already referred two people to Ethan at Channel Plumbing. So impressed and grateful. Thank you!

Nathaniel is the absolute BEST. I consider him the best in Santa Barbara! Whenever you have have something complicated to fix I guarantee that he can fix it! I cannot say enough good things about him. I had a leak going from our Condo to the one downstairs, into their kitchen and other plumbers tried to fix it. Guess what, Nathaniel was the only one who could actually fix it. It was complicated and he did it!!! He is the very BEST!!! I would never call any other Plumber ever!!!!!

He also responded to my emergency call right away and it was almost closing time but he went to look into it. I am so thankful!!!

Nathaniel and his guys did an awesome job on my parents house. They replaced the complete sewer line, were quick, clean and stayed on budget. It was a stressful time for us and they made the job easy. Great work!

The office responded to my emergency request right away and the owner, Nathaniel, came out to access the problem within an hour. His crew was very professional.

We're happy with them. Professional, nice finish work, didn't quote upgrades. Where can you get a plumber who answers the phone right away and makes repairs in one day?

I would have given a 5 Star, but, I feel it was more expensive than typical plumbing work. This wasn't a evening or weekend job.

Nathaniel was very prompt and professional when I had to have the exterior tank less water heater replaced. He was efficient and able to reuse parts that were in good shape and saved me quite a bit of money.

These guys are worth the time and effort to schedule - when they show up they do a fantastic professional job.

You've been patient dealing w/indecision on our family's part. And finally, we are in position for one of the toilets to be installed so we can have Christmas dinner in my Mom's house. They were called because of water hammer and other strange noises coming from from the shower heads in my master bath. The plumber checked the pressure coming into the house, said it was good, then looked at the shower heads and listened to the noises and told me he did not know how to fix it and then charged me $120.

Nathaniel & Juan are super! We've had them work on our rental and our home. Always polite, conscientious and clean up after themselves. Today Juan figured out & fixed a mysterious leak under our kitchen sink as well as did all the other 'honey do' items on my list with such a nice attitude. Everything was so competently and neatly done.

The night we moved in to our new house the main sewer line completely clogged. We had a newborn as well as a full-time adult care situation. Disaster! Nathaniel was there the next morning and Channel had a new line installed by the end of the next day. We can not say enough about this firm. Absolutely the best!
