I am extremely happy with the job Channel Plumbing just did. We had a kitchen sink grey water line break in a slab foundation and they were able to come out within a 1-2 days (very fast if you've called around trying to get a plumber these days!). Not only did they resolve the issue (very good work) but they were really great at communicating with each other internally and with me. We will be doing a large remodel and I plan to use them again! I highly recommend calling them for whatever you might need.

We have used Nathaniel and his team several times and couldn't be happier with them. They are always prompt, professional and leave the site they worked on super clean, like they were never there. The first time we used them we had just moved into a new house and on the second day in there, the guest bathroom tub filled up with sewer water! It was almost a holiday weekend and we had people coming to visit and stay with us to help us finish moving in. We were totally panicking!. Nathaniel and his team came right away and had it fixed and all cleaned up so fast! We couldn't believe it. They were so great to work with and the pricing was much cheaper than other places that had quoted us for the repairs. I always call them for any of my plumbing needs! You can trust that they will take care of you.

Our water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Channel Plumbing squeezed us into their already packed schedule to make sure our full household would have hot water. Ethan is AMAZING! What a relief to have a dependable, dedicated, competent, and friendly plumber. Ethan truly cares about the customer and recognizes how stressful plumbing issues are. But once Ethan walks in the door, I sigh with relief because he'll get right to work (he knows his stuff!), fixes the problem (dang tree roots!), and keeps me apprised of what's going on. I can also trust Ethan to not dilly dally and rack up the charges. The cost is always fair and reasonable.

The best thing about Ethan is he communicates! He responds quickly, gives an ETA, will refer me to Nathaniel (great reviews on Nathaniel too!) if he thinks he can't rescue us quickly enough, and he always is so personable! Ethan was at our house until 6:30 tonight and we invited him to stay for dinner! He didn't take us up on the offer, but that's what a great local Goletan (Go, Chargers!) that he is. And our toilets are working again. Ahhhhh.

Tonight I've already referred two people to Ethan at Channel Plumbing. So impressed and grateful. Thank you!

Nathaniel is the absolute BEST. I consider him the best in Santa Barbara! Whenever you have have something complicated to fix I guarantee that he can fix it! I cannot say enough good things about him. I had a leak going from our Condo to the one downstairs, into their kitchen and other plumbers tried to fix it. Guess what, Nathaniel was the only one who could actually fix it. It was complicated and he did it!!! He is the very BEST!!! I would never call any other Plumber ever!!!!!

He also responded to my emergency call right away and it was almost closing time but he went to look into it. I am so thankful!!!

Nathaniel and his guys did an awesome job on my parents house. They replaced the complete sewer line, were quick, clean and stayed on budget. It was a stressful time for us and they made the job easy. Great work!
