Excellent service all around. My roof is not a standard job to deal with. Chan and the team worked hard and finished the job efficiently. He had to use a crane to lift the equipment as well.

I'm very happy with my new A/C, and I'm always amazed to see these warriors in the hot California weather getting it done. This applies to all workers really.

Chan Ho saved me and my husband THOUSANDS of dollars.

My husband and I bought a property that wasn't exactly new and of course, the second it was ours we were having issues with the air conditioning. We went through our home warranty and they sent someone, but whoever they sent over basically told us that it wasn't up to code and it would need to be replaced and it wouldn't be covered by the warranty because it would be considered an ""upgrade.""

We tried to fight it saying that it's not an upgrade if the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the first place, but to no avail. We got a second opinion and this new guy went a little bit more into detail saying how our air conditioner probably got shorted by wind/rain and we had 2 avenues: we could try to repair it with the risk that it wouldn't work, or we could replace the entire unit which was quoted at $5K.

I was so close to biting the bullet and forking over the $5K because I believe in doing a job right the first time, but I was referred to Chan Ho. We figured that it couldn't hurt to have a 3rd opinion and OHMYGOD, are we so happy we did!

Chan Ho was the only one to do a FULL inspection of everything. It did take a while longer, but he was so thorough and lo and behold, he found the issue which was a wire that had been fried! It did fall in line with what the other HVAC professional told us, but he was the only one to actually look at it from every angle possible. He was able to fix it in the same visit because he has allll of his parts on hand (no, seriously... you'll see it when he opens his van) and it cost us so much less.

My husband and I were so thrilled, we gave him extra on top of what he charged us. Do yourself a favor, see Chan Ho first!

Our A/C recently broke down and we asked around and a friend recommended Chan Ho. We are so lucky we found him as the whole experience was great from beginning to end. He was able to quickly come to inspect our broken unit, and explained why it needed to be replaced. His quote was reasonable and he was great with communication through text messages. He and his team quickly replaced our A/C on the scheduled date, and he even texted me a picture of the unit in his van when he was on his way over. The install went without a hitch, they properly disposed of our old unit, and they cleaned up everything before they left. He was reliable, professional, and experienced and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Highly recommended! I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for any future projects or repairs.

When it comes to heating and cooling, there is only one person I trust, and that's Chan Ho.

I've known Chan for several years now. He was referred to me when I bought my house several years ago. At the time, I needed to install a new HVAC system, and Chan did a wonderful job. Since then, I schedule for him to come once a year to perform routine maintenance on my unit, and to make sure everything is working properly.

Last week, I wanted to install a ductless mini split system in one of the bedrooms of my house, and I scheduled for Chan to come install it for me. He showed up on time, and went to straight to work. By the end of the day, I had a fully functional mini split system installed in the bedroom, and I couldn't be happier.

Thank you, Chan for your great and prompt service! Our water heater pipe started leaking and Chan was able to stop by right away and figured out and fixed exactly what was wrong. I saw that my water heater was leaking water. I did what most people do, looked up Youtube and see if I can fix it myself. After a few hours of looking around it sounded like I needed a new water heater. I messaged Chan Ho and he got back to me in an appropriate amount of time. He came over a few hours later. He and his associate checked my water heater and confirmed that I needed a new one. They replaced it in under 2 hours.

He also checked one of my toilets that had a flushing issue. He told me what part to replace and it said it is not too hard.

I will always recommend Chan Ho for any kind of plumbing work.

My water heater from the 90s started to leak, my friend referred me to Chan Ho and best decision ever.
He provided prompt, detailed, and excellent customer service, very kind and engaging professional. I liked the fact he replied immediately to calls and texts with all my questions and provided a detailed quote.
He showed up on the same day and replaced my leaking water heater with a Branford White. Professional install, didn't try to upsell me at all. He also gave the best deal compared to others I called in the area.

I work at Goodman Distribution Inc. In Chatsworth, CA. We are an air conditioning distributor for Mr. Chan Ho and our ladies restroom sink had completely been torn off. We had gotten a fair amount of quotes from different plumbing companies and Chan Ho had the best price. Chan Ho ensured that our problem would be taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommended. Last year, Chan installed a new Trane L8X1 HVAC in our home. Obviously, the company rushed to manufacture heating equipment that complied with California's new EPA standards (as set forth by the SCAQMD). These new Low-NOx units are not very efficient (80 AFUE) and contrary to ads stating a ""quiet operation,"" contain an especially noisy inducer motor that shrieks like a jet engine when it is revving up and shutting down. The design of our home and the existing ductwork required a hallway closet installation and frankly, the heater component was too loud to run at night during the cold months. Chan studied the situation and attempted to remedy the noise many times...but nothing worked. He & I both struggled to get information from Trane and the local distributor, Ferguson (in Canoga Park). The only response we ever got was that it was a ""known issue"" and being looked into. Nine months later, we received a new & improved inducer motor and while tolerable, it is still a gross exaggeration for the company to continue to market this unit as being ""quiet."" So, while I still have product complaints and customer service issues with Trane and Ferguson, we have no qualms at all about using Chan Ho as our technician. I'm sure this whole ordeal was extremely frustrating for him, but it proved to us that he was extremely knowledgable and sincere about wanting to keep his customers satisfied.
