Chan Ho came to the rescue on this 87° day. To say it was hot inside my home is an understatement. Chan Ho thoroughly inspected the HVAC unit and replaced the thermostat that died! During his inspection he found another issue which would be a problem when the weather turns cold later this year.

I really appreciated the communication from start to finish, and his explanation of the problem with our unit. Getting the HVAC unit back up and running so quickly and correctly is a well-deserved 5 stars.

I had problems with my garbage disposal and heater. Chan Ho came to my home on time, replaced the kitchen garbage disposal, and left the work area spotless after completing the replacement. To find the root cause of the heating malfunction, he went into the attic where the furnace is located and communicated with me over the phone by voice and pics. What he assessed is the flame sensor needed cleaning and nothing else is required to have the furnace functioning again. I appreciate he didn't try to upsell me with other parts or services, and he charged a price that is fair. Chan Ho is honest, professional, and polite. My only regret is that I didn't discover and contact him much earlier for all my previous plumbing and HVAC issues.

He gave me information on a new air conditioner and heater along with supporting references on the model he suggested. The entire process took 4 days from start to finish. 1 1/2 day for install. I had a leak in my faucets and Chan immediately communicated what he needed and I took pics and he responded that he would go to the whole saler the next day and sent pics with cost and it was approved and he came today and fixed both of my leaky faucets in an hour and was polite and professional. Our water heater busted because our pressure regulator valve failed. Fortunately Chan plumbing was very close by. We got quotes from other plumbers but Chan plumbing cost less than the others. He gave us a quote on the phone and to our surprise he came on a Saturday at no extra charge. Replaced the pressure regulator valve and water heater with a good quality one and was done in a few hours. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

We moved into a new house in mid December, and realized the heat was not working properly after the first week. We tried doing adjustments but there was no rhyme or reason when or why it went on or off... I called Chan Ho just before Christmas because of his great reviews. He was prompt, courteous and he didn't try to make us pay because it was over Christmas...

I had the best experience with Chan (the owner) and his co-worker. I've been having issues with my heater for nearly 3 years around the same time, and this year I told my landlord that I'd really appreciate an actual expert and specialist who can diagnose the problem and fix it without my being nervous of a gas leak. My landlord mentioned Chan, I sent him photos and a long description of the problem and they agreed to (finally) me receiving a completely new furnace for my heater! It was the easiest, most comfortable 3 hours of having total strangers here (lol). We chatted a bit, I played some music while I cleaned the kitchen and they both worked on it in my living room with so much respect of my time and space. The previous workers on it honestly left a lot to be desired and when they pulled the old furnace out, it was evident. They even patched holes in the wall, closed some air openings (which explained why it took so long to warm up when it did work) swept, wiped up the mess, and lightly painted the uwood covering the heater space. I was so pleased and elated- it's the best winter I've had in a long time. I don't usually come to leave nice reviews but this one was worth it. Highly recommended! Many thanks to Chan and his team!
