Our AC unit went out during the hottest week in June. Chan-Ho gave us the fastest appointment time as possible and replaced the AC system the same day. He had helped us before and always worked exceptionally. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and very experienced.

Our A/C recently broke down. Chan was referred to me by my neighbor who's used him in the past. He came to inspect our broken unit, and explained why it needed to be replaced. Then he gave me an estimate and his prices were quite reasonable. He was also very responsive at text messages. Several days later he and his team replaced our A/C, and he also hauled away all the old stuff, and they cleaned up everything before they left.

Chan Ho saved me and my husband THOUSANDS of dollars.

My husband and I bought a property that wasn't exactly new and of course, the second it was ours we were having issues with the air conditioning. We went through our home warranty and they sent someone, but whoever they sent over basically told us that it wasn't up to code and it would need to be replaced and it wouldn't be covered by the warranty because it would be considered an ""upgrade.""

We tried to fight it saying that it's not an upgrade if the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the first place, but to no avail. We got a second opinion and this new guy went a little bit more into detail saying how our air conditioner probably got shorted by wind/rain and we had 2 avenues: we could try to repair it with the risk that it wouldn't work, or we could replace the entire unit which was quoted at $5K.

I was so close to biting the bullet and forking over the $5K because I believe in doing a job right the first time, but I was referred to Chan Ho. We figured that it couldn't hurt to have a 3rd opinion and OHMYGOD, are we so happy we did!

Chan Ho was the only one to do a FULL inspection of everything. It did take a while longer, but he was so thorough and lo and behold, he found the issue which was a wire that had been fried! It did fall in line with what the other HVAC professional told us, but he was the only one to actually look at it from every angle possible. He was able to fix it in the same visit because he has allll of his parts on hand (no, seriously... you'll see it when he opens his van) and it cost us so much less.

My husband and I were so thrilled, we gave him extra on top of what he charged us. Do yourself a favor, see Chan Ho first!

He was able to quickly come to inspect our broken unit, and explained why it needed to be replaced. His quote was reasonable and he was great with communication through text messages. The install went without a hitch, they properly disposed of our old unit, and they cleaned up everything before they left. I've known Chan for several years now. He was referred to me when I bought my house several years ago. At the time, I needed to install a new HVAC system, and Chan did a wonderful job. Since then, I schedule for him to come once a year to perform routine maintenance on my unit, and to make sure everything is working properly.

Last week, I wanted to install a ductless mini split system in one of the bedrooms of my house, and I scheduled for Chan to come install it for me. He showed up on time, and went to straight to work. By the end of the day, I had a fully functional mini split system installed in the bedroom, and I couldn't be happier.

Thank you, Chan for your great and prompt service! Our water heater pipe started leaking and Chan was able to stop by right away and figured out and fixed exactly what was wrong. He was very thorough and detailed in explaining to us the issue and what we needed to do to fix it. He was also very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. I saw that my water heater was leaking water. I did what most people do, looked up Youtube and see if I can fix it myself. After a few hours of looking around it sounded like I needed a new water heater. I messaged Chan Ho and he got back to me in an appropriate amount of time. He came over a few hours later. He and his associate checked my water heater and confirmed that I needed a new one. They replaced it in under 2 hours.

He also checked one of my toilets that had a flushing issue. He told me what part to replace and it said it is not too hard.

I will always recommend Chan Ho for any kind of plumbing work.
