Chan is the man! Called Chan about a water heater issue and he put it in the next day. Showed up when he said. Did it quickly and the price was excellent. Then I call him because the hot water is not working. Turns out our house has been piped wrong from day one. Used to take a long time for hot water to get to the far end of the house. Chan fixed it in a couple of hours. FYI I Had 3 plumbers over the years take a look and they couldn't figure it out.

Very nice man and professional. Had my furnace go out the other day and called Chan Ho. Arrived promptly at the agreed time and went right to work. Diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the part wasn't available. He came back the next day and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Took the time to explain the problem. Hard to find good, reasonable, and trusting people out there. I would recommend Chan Ho for your plumbing, heating or AC problems.

I had a plumbing problem both with shower and toilet.
He showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation.
I did not have a clean out at home so he gave me an estimate which was cheaper than other plumbers.
He went up to the roof and did a hydro jetting which I did not know what it was until I saw it.
It's a strong pressure washer that cleans and opens the main pipe.
He showed me with a camera where the clog was.
He showed me with a camera after hydro jetting and the main pipe was all clear.
The price was reasonable and he worked very efficiently.
