December 27th. Hired to fix a door that was shattered in a burglary. Paid $200.00 AS A DEPOSIT. On scheduled day of service he was a no call no show. Money never refunded. Had to declare fraud and canceled card. Shifty way of doing business.

We requested assistance with our toilets that were running by themselves. A repair man was sent and he replaced the parts in the tank. After the work was done the toilets no longer ran when idle, but we noticed after flushing the toilet was taking very long to refill. When we called the repair man he ignored my message. When we called the company, they stood by the repair man's story that his work is flawless and could not be the issue. The issue had to be a new separate plumbing problem that would require a new trip and new fee for service. We hired a new repair man to come in and inspect the toilets and he was immediately able to diagnose that the parts in the tank were too small and not covering the hole properly which is why it was taking so long to refill. The 1st repair man claimed he was a trained professional with years of experience and his work would not be at fault. Ultimately he was too proud to revisit his work. This company that referred him offered no recourse and we ended up having to pay twice for work that should have been completed properly the first time. We do not recommend.

I am beyond disappointed with this business. Requested someone come out to do a few odd jobs and replace toilet valves in two of our three bathrooms. They go bad after a few years with the hard water here, no big deal to swap them out. No issues with either of the toilets other than the valves were old and not flushing as efficiently as they used to. From the day he replaced them, after every flush, they continue to run for about a minute or longer, once they've refilled. One of them flushes itself twice, somehow. They NEVER did this before. We requested someone come back to troubleshoot but he said it's our pipes. HOW could he even know this?!!! You'd think he might have mentioned it while he was here, if he suspected there was an issue after he replaced the parts. But we had NO issue with running toilets until he ""fixed"" them. And if it were the pipes, then wouldn't the third toilet be running too? Our water bill has gone up slightly. We've called a couple times requesting he come back out. He finally agreed to come back, then canceled saying it's our pipes and to call the water company. Couldn't possibly be shoddy workmanship or cheap parts used... What a joke. Now I get to hire another handyman to fix this. I have no faith he'd honestly try to fix them at this point, even if we could convince him to come back. Spend your money elsewhere, or risk getting screwed like we've been.

I asked a friend to recommend a handyman and she sent me to Las Vegas Handyman. Justin came out and looked at what we needed him to fix in the bathroom, he took pictures and told us what his availability looked like if we approved the estimate. The estimate came the next day as promised and we were able to schedule him to come by 2 days later. He let me know when he was on the way and did very nice work. Will definitely be back in touch for more projects in the future.

On April 16th I had an appt with someone to come out and give me an estimate on some work I needed done, install a tankless water heater, bring down a wall along the stairs to put in some railings and the install of the railings. The tech that went out was Dusty and in 3 days I got the price for the 1st 2 , but the railings I wanted could not be done. I sent them another picture and they sent it out to another one of the guys and then I was told yes, that we can do. I had a tech by the name of Matt go out on 5/3 and today the 4th I get an email stating they are not able to do any of the work!

I asked for a reason if I did get a price for the 2 times and what was the reason all of a sudden none of the work could be done and they referred me to a construction company! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY!!!!!

On the website they have a picture of the work I need done and they also claim they install tankless water heaters!!! They had me waste my time waiting for the tech to show up and then he was late to get this BS!!!!! I deserve to know why all of a sudden ""THIS IS BEYOND THE SCOPE OF WORK!! I could not get an answer that's all I kept getting told. The job needed is not a big job at all how do I get an estimate and all of a sudden they can't do it!!!

I wanted to love them and have used them a few times and probably given them more chances than I should have. First time was for a plumbing issue and they were amazing. Second time was for a light fixture that went out. Also amazing. 3rd and 4th time get a bit frustrating. 3rd time had someone come out to fix a leak in our bathroom. Was quoted one price and charged a much higher price. They also promise one date and time and do not deliver. Took over a week to have repairs done that a plumber would have had done in a day. (Should have called a plumber) last time was for a drawer repair. We had a drawer that needed the base replaced. Quoted a reasonable price and was promised a day or 2 for repairs. Over a week later we finally got the drawer back. The service person promised a discount due to the time delay. Received the bill, no discount. Texted the service person. Said he would look into. Texted again, never heard from him. I would call the office but after our 3rd incident we did deal with the office and they were not customer friendly. Sadly I had to learn the hard way after many times of being disappointed to not use this company anymore .

Fast initial response time (8 minutes on text on Sunday). Quick appointment within 2 days. Technician text that he was on way within the 2 hour window given for appointment time. Justin arrived on time and in full COVID compliance of mask and booties on feet, which I appreciated. He gave me a prompt estimate for the Weatherstripping of two doors. He had it fixed and on to his next appointment to be prompt. Workmanship guaranteed for 1 year. Option to pay cash, credit card or check without any preference other than customers preference. Received emailed receipt before he left. Would definitely recommend to neighbors.
