I've been using this company for over 10 years for a variety of plumbing services, including faucet installation, drain clearing, a recent hot water heater installation, etc. Last weekend, the main drain from our bathroom/laundry clogged and overflowed. Champion had someone out to look at it and diagnose it immediately. The repair involved clearing the drain and replacing a decaying cast iron pipe. The cost was reasonable, they were thorough, prompt, and came when they said they would. Overall, I've been very satisfied.

Paul did a great job and cleaned out our common area clog. It was 10:30pm and the clean out at our townhouse was very difficult to locate, but thanks to Paul, who eventually found it! He was tenacious and very thorough. We appreciate his professionalism and his extensive experience and knowledge.

Our kitchen had backed up and we called Champion plumbing for help. They were prompt and came within an hour on Saturday after being upfront with the cost for the weekend visit. Everything went okay with identifying the blockage and cleaning up the pipe but then when we happened to check a couple of days later we noticed the pipes were not tightened back and our cabinets are now swollen up due to the water leak

We called up today to discuss the problem and are still waiting for a call back.

I called for a clogged toilet, and they sent a technician. The technician snaked the bathroom sink (because it was also draining slowly) and checked the main line, and then told me that the toilet needed to be replaced because it was too old. However, he refused to replace the toilet because he said that he did not have time today. However, it was only 3:30PM!

Since they charge by the hour, even though he only spent 30 minutes he still charged us the full hour.

The tech left with the toilet still clogged. They asked me to schedule another appointment to replace the toilet, so that they can charge me again for another trip!

Needless to say, I will never use this company again.

I've had Champion Plumbing do work in my home several times because I trust them. They replaced all the galvanized supply pipes with copper, re-sloped drain lines in the crawl space so waste water could drain properly and replaced a water heater.

All of the plumbers are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Their workmanship is excellent and they use high quality materials. I highly recommend them.

Our Water Heater stopped working Sunday afternoon, so I called the folks at Champion Plumbing; Tim talked me through options, and though they had a slot that evening, I opted to wait for a Monday morning. Steve came to my house first thing (he even came a few minutes early!) to inspect and diagnose my Water Heater. He determined the problem immediately, and recommended a replacement, along with a few alternatives. The option I chose was on-hand, so about an hour later, Jack and Robert arrived with the new Water Heater; they were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a really great job removing the old unit, and did a very clean install of the new unit. They walked me through the use of the unit, provided manuals and answered all of my questions.

This was our second time having the folks at Champion help us with our plumbing needs, and they'll be at the top of the list the next time something comes up!

Follow up of 9-10-2021, since Scott did not stay long to check to make sure the hot water heater was working correctly in a short time after him leaving I found the hot water heater was not working. Champion plumbing quality of work comes with a taillight guarantee, it is only good for as long as you can see their taillights.

I decided to replace my hot water heater with a tankless heater. I found a smaller company that believes in customer service and they gave me a reasonable price on a tankless water heater.

I had a septic flood 8 days ago.
Not once, but twice, because the problem was resolved. Bathroom into my bedroom.
Absolutely horrible. I had one plumber snake for several hours.
Left me saying they couldn't do it and left toilet off..
Insurance battles, promised results and coverages from another plumbing company. So many lies.





Got more estimates.
Went with Tim, at Champion. Professional, no lies, and not only did he come right away, Scott came shortly after, put camera down.

over...Jack and Robert . They worked
So hard! Professional, courteous, efficient , and an excellent price!

I've used Champion Plumbing (408-437-1507 or 408-275-0909) for at least 10 years for plumbing issues at home, and they are excellent, but they also have at least one person who does appliance repairs. They are very fast and responsive, and I used them to repair our oven a week before Thanksgiving (that was a critical repair).
