First and foremost, I'm a demanding customer. One that thinks he knows it all, and gets up in the professionals business to understand EXACTLY what's going on. I like details, and I like strong communication. With Art, from Dr Drains... I got it all, and then some.

He not only came within' an hours time frame (on a Saturday), but he did as I needed and had the proper equipment to do so. Working with me on my issue, was key to him being there. And with him being there, he was quickly able to prove another plumbing company wrong (to my surprise, as I expected the worse), and save me LOTS of money during my escrow. I was so happy, that I honestly couldn't believe what good news we had just found.

He was nice and pleasant, easy to work with, and knowledgeable of his task. Never did he pressure me into more work or try any sales tactics to upsell. He even saved me some money by first running a camera down my main line instead of trying to clear upstructions with his power snake. And what do you know, he found no obstruction. Just a nice clean, issue-free, cast-iron main line.

Would I recommend Dr Drain to my friends and family? Heck YES! In a heartbeat.

Omg, yesterday I put a review about a plumbing company I called 3 times and they didn't bother to call me back. I was so piss you can look on my review I wrote about. Anyways I told my son I bought a toilet yesterday from Home Depot and I wanted to surprise their dad to have the toilet installed and I was going to watch his kids today and I didn't want a lot of traffic to go in and out the and I wanted the toilet to be installed since yesterday. well my son said that he had a friend that did plumbing and I knew him as a child and his name is Art. And I said are you kidding me he said no he is good he's been doing it for 5 years he's a young kid but he has a lot of experience because he learned all the plumbing from his dad that was a plumber, and I remember him as a child well his company is dr. Drain so he came in give me a call and a text me that he can come by today ( this morning)that young man came in on time charge me $100 to put in my toilet not only that he wanted extra mile and unclog one of my dreams he took the nasty toilet for me. That young man came on time stayed over an hour and I was really impressed I was so happy to get it done I was so stressed watching the two grandkids on top of that he cleaned up the mess took the ugly toilet away and charge me $100 less than the other plumbers would maybe I shouldn't be putting the price out there but I'm really grateful that he did that now my husband will be able to use the bathroom and I'll be able to flush the pee instead of flushing water down like 3 times I am putting on the beautiful toilet that was sitting in my box since last night I hope everybody calls this young man he is a very good worker a hard worker and I want to thank you very much are art for coming and I will be calling you in the future. That young man could do any Plumbing. And he has his own company, and he doesn't have to have a pretty girl to attract any attention. He is a pretty boy himself

Art showed in less than 15 mins a cleared up the main drain in a timely manner for a very good price. Art himself is a cool guy and easy to talk to. I would definitely be calling Dr. Drain if the problem ever arises again. Thank you.

We have had several situations where our drains were clogged, that's the downside of living in an older home. We have always been able to depend on Dr. Drains to help us! Art has always come in a timely manner and helped us fix our drains. He also went above and beyond and assessed our situation when we had a leaky pipe because of our washer. He seemed very knowledgeable, he walked me through each step, including what the cost would be. He was able to resolve my drain issue in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the outcome. Dr.Drains is the best!!! We've had numerous plumbers in the past quote us ridiculously high quotes to fix our clogged bathtub. So After years of putting it off, we decided it's time to get our bathtub fixed,so we called Dr.drains and he came right over,unclogged my bathtub that has been clogged for years. For only 49$.
