Okay, so where do I begin! I called around 5:40 pm, Unfortunately I had plumbing issues at my commercial building at night. Needed a plumber to come out and the guy literally came within like 30-40 mins. Long story short he didn't leave until he got the job done, which he did!!!!!!! Thank you dr drains for helping us last minute, they saved us a lot of trouble!

I hate dealing with any type of plumbing issue. So when I woke up and found out that my toilet wouldn't flush, I knew I needed to find someone to help. I called Dr Drains and Art answered the phone. He said he could be at my house first thing. It was a minor problem but again, nothing I wanted to deal with. Art showed up when he said he would and promptly replaced the parts in the tank. He was very professional and worked quickly. The price was very reasonable as well. He told me if I needed any further help to call him. I definitely recommend Art and would call him again!

Excellent. Art cleared our drain quick and clean. Two other companies tried and did not succeed. We have 70 year old plumbing and an addition with inadequate plumbing. We will call Art again. Is there a rating below 1? Art, Dr. Drain was recommended to me by someone I trust and looking at his Yelp reviews, seemed like the right choice. I called, voicemail full, sent a text, got a timely callback, discussed the work, set a day and time - all good to this point.

Due to a family medical emergency, I had to cancel the appointment we had scheduled for that afternoon. I called 1st thing in the morning on the way to the hospital. Got a text from Art, ""OK I understand. Please feel free to contact us when you are ready to reschedule.""

When things settled down later that week, called again, voicemail still full, sent a text to express my appreciation for his understanding and to reschedule; NO RESPONSE! Gave it a day, sent a 2nd text; NO RESPONSE!! Gave it another day or so, sent a 3RD text, asking if he had experienced a family loss or emergency, as I had, that was preventing him from responding; NO RESPONSE!!!

HOW DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, GUESS HIS ""UNDERSTANDING"" WAS JUST B.S. WHAT A FLAKE. HOPELFULLY THE WORK YOU HAVE HIM DO ISN'T AS FLAWED AS HIS HUMANITY OR HIS ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HIS WORD!!!!

I recently needed to have our Insinkerator garbage disposal replaced. David and Erin from Core Plumbing arrived on time, were very considerate of our home and they completed the job in good time. Both David and Erin had a low key easy going manner and demonstrated an excellent knowledge of their craft. They were polite, professional and easy to converse with. Should we again need plumbing services, we will most certainly call Core Plumbing to fill our need.
