Water heater was no longer working properly, needed a replacement. Contacted 3 other companies and Champ Rooter & Drain is the only price efficient contractor. Highly recommend! DETAILS: It was PAST 9pm and I was getting desperate to fix the kitchen sink clog and leak because I realized I couldn't do it myself. Ferdee was the first to respond among others on Yelp. (Not including those auto generated texts and unhelpful call admins, who took additional info but never called back. I want a real person to help me and diagnose and provide proposal on the first call.)

Ferdee was kind, professional and accommodating! He put on shoe covers without asking and provided a quick and thorough assessment up front.

We decided best course of action was to replace pipes under sink, and had them already in vehicle. He also snaked the clog pushing through the main line and ensured it worked elsewhere in house.

It worked! I'm a happy customer and my family appreciates you!

Ferdee was amazing! First of all, I called several places last night. We had a clog somewhere in the pipes! Of course it happened at the worst time so needed to get urgent response. Ferdee was the only one who could come first thing in the morning and wouldn't charge extra fees. Also, In the midst of clearing that he fixed a couple of other things that had been causing a problem.
He had a great attitude and was very efficient. We have really old pipes and when the time comes to finally upgrade them, we'll be reaching out to him again.

A year later we called Champ Rooter & Drain he the Owner came and made a repair on his warranty work done in our shower. The head he put on was leaking. Here we are again with a leak again from the bathroom upstairs through to downstairs. We called and left several messages and received no response. He couldn't even call us back and say he was busy?! Anyway, we had to call another plumbing company. They will be coming back for the 3rd time tomorrow because apparently they can't fix it or find it, but this is the same area Champs' so called fixed. Champ even said they performed preventative work...The leak is coming from the same area that was fixed by Champ. We paid for even extra work done by one of his employees whom replaced the damaged dry wall. The bottom line, this is poor customer service. We your company to fix this leak and it has occurred again in the same spot. This would lead one to conclude it was not properly corrected. Also, I have never heard of a repair person asking for gas money to come back and fix their work that they warranted. I will not be using him or referring him again.

Our three toilets were clogged last night. I call Champ Rooter and left message at 12:15pm . They called me immediately and come over to our house within one hour and clear the main line .
