The owner, Furdie, seems very nice and friendly, but I was very disappointed that he didn't show up for our scheduled appointment at two. We waited an hour later to call him to see if he was going to come but with no response. We decided to leave our house because we had a lot of things that we need to take care of before our new renter comes in, and he shows up at four when we're not at home without a valid explanation. It would've been nice if he had contacted us if he was running late so that way we could've planned accordingly, but I feel like we've spent half the day wasting our time waiting for him, only for him to show up hours later when we've already left the house. Time is crucial for us as we have a packed schedule trying to fix the house before our tenants move in, so I was throughly disappointed when we haven't seen any sign of him, nor heard anything after an attempt to contact him, only to find that he shows up hours later. As a new business I think it's crucial to take the client's schedule seriously, and to be timely to the appointment as it's a two way thing here. I understand things happen, but clear communication is necessary when trying to have a successful business.
