M&F does business as Cesar's & this past week we had them out twice to install a replacement faucet & pipe on a hose bib, & repair a leak in the shower. On both ocassions we had excellent plumbers who quickly diagnosed the problem, told us what was required, & how long it would take. They were professional, timely & fixed both problems quickly. On top of that, they were able to make the service calls the same day we called which almost unheard of anymore. We're very happy with Cesar's & highly recommend them to anyone needing an honest, skilled & timely plumbing service.

I requested a plumber for my toilet that would not flush properly.They sent an apprentice instead of a journeyman, which would have been OK if they had the experience to diagnose the problem, which they did not. They also did not have all the proper tools with them. In the end, they completely removed my toilet, fiddled around in the basement, put toilet back, replaced caulking with DIFFERENT caulking than was used originally ( color ), and replaced the screw caps with DIFFERENT caps than the originals. They charged $100.00 for travel time without bothering to tell me when I made the appointment. Caulking failed, came and replaced, has failed AGAIN! The toilet still will not flush properly. This SCAM cost me almost $500.00.

This contractor is taking advantage of the elderly population and should be reported to the better business bureau. I have had him do a couple jobs now and at first did not notice what his scam was. After he did an easy sewer repair for my in-laws, they were concerned when they saw the invoice and wondered why they were paying an apprentice $90 an hour to just stand there the whole time. After he did a job for me, I had to go back over everything and re-do it. Then I got the invoice. $1657.00 for about 3 hours of work and maybe $30 in parts. I called him immediately and he agreed to $500 in cash. I told him that he was taking advantage of people who did not know any better and could not get away with that kind of scam in other places. Later that night he texted me and demanded that I bring him the cash to his house. It was threatening and made my family very uncomfortable. The invoice said I had two weeks till the payment was due. He has since erased the invoice he sent to me and has replaced it with some other persons so now I can not share it but here's the bottom line. Good Contractors in this area are hard to find. There are many who know that they can get away with doing shotty work and overcharging. DO NOT USE CEZARS PLUMBING. This needs to be reported and stopped. Please share.
