We had Robert from M&F come out today to install a hose bib on our house. He was courteous, clean (took his shoes off as soon as he walked in the house!) and very professional. The lady who answered my call was friendly and helpful. The plumber they sent responded and arrive on time. He was prepared with supplies he needed and he removed his shoes and was polite and courteous and professional. I appreciated the quick response. We had a leaking garbage disposal.

We had a plumbing emergency on a friday afternoon. M&F was working on another job nearby and was able to schedule a repair that same day. Robert took his shoes off at the door, quickly assessed the issue and had the necessary parts delivered to the house. The job was not easy but he did the job quickly, quietly and cleaned up the jobsite afterwards. We will be calling on M&F again soon.

Incredible service! My wife and I had talked about replacing toilets in our home for a long time but it wasn't until we saw a ad for a internet site Home Adviser that we did anything about it.
I typed in plumber described my need and like most folks followed the prompts.
I was not comfortable completing the form for fear of getting calls from all over the country.
I was pleasantly surprised that two local plumbers came up and that was it.
I closed down my inquiry and continued my daily chores.
The following morning at 9:00 A.M. I got a call from M&F. It was the owner. He asked if it was a emergency since it was Sunday and then gave me a price a time and told me he would have his plumber there on the first call the next day!
They performed beautifully! In at 8 out at 10:20.
Very professional! We are very very happy! I would recommend these people for any plumping job!

Overcharged. Worked one hour - billed for two hours. Tightened three faucets!!
The plumber was continually making suggestive and obscene remarks.
