Mark did a wonderful job of changing out our hose bibs. I suspected two were faulty and one was cemented to an old hose. Very happy I can attach a new hose for the backyard garden. We were surprised when Capri was the first to respond, since it seemed like a faucet replacement might be too small a job. Mark and his crew are exceptional.
Having an issue with the drain/pipe connected to the washer - turns out, the contractor who installed the pipe didn't do it right.
Mark and his crew came and got to work - SAME DAY! - they took out the pipe and installed a new one AND fixed the slope of the pipe! Now we can use our washer without worrying about water overflow.
Also had him check the shower head - he was happy to fix that problem as well.
Mark and his crew went above and beyond.

We're so happy and SATISFIED with his work that we will be working with him again on a bigger project in our home.
