Got a response and had my leak fixed under my floor the same day I called. The leak required pretty extensive searching. Gregg went out of his way to find the leak (literally; he crawled below the flooring) and minimized the floor-cutting at the same time. He explained exactly what was going on and what repairs were required. I have other plumbing work to be done and CTPS will be my first call.

They are the best! I just had a break in my main line and my water was shut off by the city which made me super stressed out because I had guests coming to stay at my house that day. I needed water! I called multiple companies and there all either couldn't come out same day or were very expensive. Central Texas plumbing said they were just finishing up a job and would head over in about 20 minutes, and they did just that. They worked hard through the rain and finished in a couple hours. And the best part, it was cheaper than I had anticipated. Seriously, life savers!

I had two toilets have the mechanisms in the tanks malfunction in the same week. I had to turn the water on/off at the floor each time. On top of that, I stripped the valve on one from all the on/off. I thought I could do it myself, but i'm honestly not skilled at plumbing. I called a few locations and one place said they didn't do this type of work. I liked the reviews I had seen for Central Texas Plumbing and gave them a call. They were very nice on the phone taking my information. Gave me an estimated day of arrival and on the day of repair, and I was called an hour beforehand. Two brothers showed up and were very courteous and professional from the start. Both toilet mechanisms where changed out and the line from the floor on the stripped valve was replaced in less than 45 minutes and the price followed exactly the guidelines I had been told in the beginning. I knew the estimated price of the parts and the total price was very fair. I will use Central Texas Plumbing Solutions in the future and highly recommend them. Good company!

Had emergency plumbing problem with our sewer lift station. Called the usual big boys and not only did they not know what I was talking about, they didn't have time for us. Called Central Texas Plumbing. The man knew exactly what we needed and they were there within a few hours. Problem fixed. Definitely use this plumber if you need plumbing help.

Very poor customer service. Wouldn't send estimate as promised. Put us off by saying they were too busy. If they didn't want to do the work they should say so from the beginning, instead they never called or returned calls or sent an estimate. Then their final excuse, after originally coming out to our home to look at what we wanted done, was that we were too far out & they don't come out that far to do work. We are only 25 miles from their office. Why wasn't that said from the beginning, instead of ignoring us and just not doing anything? I will not recommend them to anyone. They obviously don't care about customers.

I needed my water heater replaced so I called after reading all the great reviews. They said an estimator would have to call me back. I did not get a call until the next day. By then I had already found someone who would set up an appointment to get the work done. Disappointing.

This company is amazing. I had to have some toilets and a hot water heater replaced in a condo for our college students and, as I live out of state, I had a very short time line to get this done. They responded to all my phone calls promptly and when something unexpected came up and the supervisor couldn't meet us to assess what we needed done at the scheduled time, the owner came in his place! They showed up when they said they would and were clean, quiet, and efficient. We hardly even knew they were there and they did a great job! I would HIGHLY recommend Central Texas Plumbing to anyone who needs any plumbing work done!

I requested a quote for about 15-20 ft copper gas line to install a gas stove. I was quoted $750-850!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why don't you just say you are not interested in doing the work instead of quoting an insane price? Next quote was $200.

These folks were prompt, courteous, neat with very fair pricing. We live in an older house (a definite 'fixer upper') which sprung a leak in the copper piping. Greg was our plumber today - he installed a hot water heater, put up new piping, fixed a leak, and did not leave any messes. Thank you for great service and very fair pricing.
