Had emergency plumbing problem with our sewer lift station. Called the usual big boys and not only did they not know what I was talking about, they didn't have time for us. Called Central Texas Plumbing. The man knew exactly what we needed and they were there within a few hours. Problem fixed. Definitely use this plumber if you need plumbing help.

Very poor customer service. Wouldn't send estimate as promised. Put us off by saying they were too busy. If they didn't want to do the work they should say so from the beginning, instead they never called or returned calls or sent an estimate. Then their final excuse, after originally coming out to our home to look at what we wanted done, was that we were too far out & they don't come out that far to do work. We are only 25 miles from their office. Why wasn't that said from the beginning, instead of ignoring us and just not doing anything? I will not recommend them to anyone. They obviously don't care about customers.

I needed my water heater replaced so I called after reading all the great reviews. They said an estimator would have to call me back. I did not get a call until the next day. By then I had already found someone who would set up an appointment to get the work done. Disappointing.

This company is amazing. I had to have some toilets and a hot water heater replaced in a condo for our college students and, as I live out of state, I had a very short time line to get this done. They responded to all my phone calls promptly and when something unexpected came up and the supervisor couldn't meet us to assess what we needed done at the scheduled time, the owner came in his place! They showed up when they said they would and were clean, quiet, and efficient. We hardly even knew they were there and they did a great job! I would HIGHLY recommend Central Texas Plumbing to anyone who needs any plumbing work done!

I requested a quote for about 15-20 ft copper gas line to install a gas stove. I was quoted $750-850!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why don't you just say you are not interested in doing the work instead of quoting an insane price? Next quote was $200.

These folks were prompt, courteous, neat with very fair pricing. We live in an older house (a definite 'fixer upper') which sprung a leak in the copper piping. Greg was our plumber today - he installed a hot water heater, put up new piping, fixed a leak, and did not leave any messes. Thank you for great service and very fair pricing.

One of my pipes on an exterior wall froze last weekend when temps were in the teens. They were here Monday morning and fixed everything promptly. The repairman said part of the problem was there was not enough insulation around that particular grouping of plumbing. The wall faces north so there is nothing to break the wind when a norther blows through. He said he would have someone come out the next day to add insulation and put the section of siding he had to cut back up. That person was also here promptly on Tuesday. I could not be happier with their promptness, quick repair and fair price. Will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing issues.

We had a problem with several things in our house with the bathtub, dishwasher, and leaky faucet. Greg came and took his time to fix everything and explained and maintaining everything to keep running smooth. He went over and above and recommend this company to everyone who needs a plumber. These guys were great! Called when they opened at 8 am, quoted me a great price, and were at my house by noon. So nice and made sure they didn't leave any messes, and even explained things to me and my husband and gave tips on helping prevent our problem and other problems that could happen. Will definitely use again if have a plumbing need.

I have used Central Texas Plumbing Solutions twice now. I live in an older house so plumbing issues have kind of become the norm. I have used several companies in the past and finally found a good one! Greg is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On both trips out he has fixed whatever the problem was quickly and correctly. He has even tinkered with some other things as well (like tightening my spray nozzle in the kitchen because it was loose). I very much appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond.

As a single lady homeowner, I'm always trying to DIY to save some cash. So I like to sit and watch workers and ask questions. I'm sure this can be annoying, but Greg didn't seem put out at all. And he gave me a lot of tips on how to care for my pipes in order to prevent major issues in the future.

Any time you have to shell out money for plumbing issues seems like too much money, but I feel that their pricing is fair and you are definitely paying for quality work.

I will definitely be using the company for any problems I have in the future.
