Recommended Customer Reviews
I shutter to give them 1 Star. More like -10. One of the worst experiences of my life. They do not stand behind their personal work and customer service they would need to take a class to know what customer service is. Their representative & my initial contact with their ""Senior Design Specialist"" was nice but not competent. My new Daikin Heating & Cooling System was not designed for my location the way they installed it. In 13 months it was broken & not functioning. Their labor Warranty was 12 months & they refused to repair it without my paying full cost for the repairs. I spoke with Daikin North America & found there were problems that could develop in colder High elevation locations and they had 2 products that had they been installed with the original installation I would not have had to experience the stress of all this since I was living away from my home that winter. The company I hired after speaking with several vendors repaired it and reinstalled the system the way it should have been designed in the first place. Oh yes, this new vendor has a 2 year warranty on their work. You can bet I'm giving them a Fantastic Review & GREAT customer service from them.
just had a capacitor replaced from them-90 degrees, so waiting on a/c parts were not an option. paid $280 + for a part that probably cost $20 plus $90 for labor.
i have a service contract with them btw. i requested the type of part they installed, but they refused to answer.
this is the second time i have had communication problems with them. not a stand-up company, and when my maintenance contract is over, i will not use them again.
Just had maintenance done on our Trans Heating and Cooling system. Joel was an excellent technician and we were very satisfied with the experience. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing. As a result of this visit, we have decided to have them do our annual maintenance.
Purchased yearly maintenance last year - have been pleased with the reminder calls, punctuality of the Service Tech, the professionalism and quality of work. Had to replace a 20+ year old furnace last year. Was satisfied with the options given to me and how quickly they had the new one installed.
Christin R.These guys are great. Leon seems very knowledgeable and always gives us good feedback. Our system is getting older and they help keep it going and have always been on time and professional.
We had Central Oregon Heating and Cooling install a ductless heating system at our vacation rental property in Central Oregon in late December. The installation met our expectations. However, communications issues prior to the installation left something to be desired. For starters, they told us in writing on our contract that the unit was eligible for an $800 rebate, when it turned out the amount was only $500. We also had communication problems regarding start times on the day of installation (even though I called the day before to confirm) and importantly, on the location for both the external and internal units. The poor communication issues made us have to relocate the unit with the additional expenses of repair of holes in the interior sheetrock and the problem with placing the unit in the correct location on the outside wall. All the additional costs for repairs and the lack of correct rebates amounts added up to hundreds of dollars that we did not expect to spend.
Leon came out for annual inspection of a relatively new unit. Perfectly fine service and work - friendly and clean, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.
Keola W.Lookout for this place! My landlord was dealing with this company to fix our furnace, they came out, said they needed to order a part. 12 days later, part just happened to arrive after a review left on FB and another phone call from myself. Asked how long they had it, claimed it just came through the door and it was on someone's desk. Not sure what to think, but I know if I needed heat again during the middle of winter this will be the last place we'd call. Also, at the end of the conversation with Savannah, I asked for the owners name which she replied there's just ""managers"" so I asked for the manager's name and all she would say is Jimmy, I asked for a last name and she refused. Why they can't give out a full name to the GM of a company is beyond me and lets me know how sketchy they really are. Hopefully this helps someone!
My husband I decided it was time to stop using our cadet heaters, we were not sure what route to take. After careful consideration and design by COHC we decided to put in a whole house heat pump system. It has been two years and we could not be more happy with the decision! The whole house is comfortable, staying the same temperature and our electric bill has always been more than reasonable (Saving us money). The installation passed with flying colors and the incentive money really helped off set the initial installation cost. A nice note to touch on, we have not had any issues with the system. We just replace the filter and stay comfortable.
Rebecca F.They were great to work with and the heating system we have now is amazing. Nick was easy to get ahold of. Everything was done in a timely manner and it looks great!
