I just purchased a used Sierra travel trailer that had sat for a while and could not get the water heater to ignite. I called and spoke to Jason who very kindly walked me through the process and it now works perfectly! Not ever owning an RV, I didn't realize I had to bleed the air out of the lines. He could have easily said that he needed to come out and take a look ($$), which another mobile service told me I needed to do, but instead took the time to help me over the phone. I will absolutely give Jason a call for any issues I have with my trailer. Nice, nice man.

I am sooo impressed with Jason he is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and extremely customer focused. As a new inexperienced RV owner He took the time to explain everything in detail in layman's terms. He originally came out to assist me in August with a low battery alarm he advised me to keep RV plugged into house 110 when not in use which I did until a few weeks ago when we took it out for weekend. Got home plugged it back in and within a few weeks the alarm started again. I didn't hesitate calling Jason since I was so pleased the first time. He came out and quickly discovered my breakers in the RV had been turned off. Since my 3 yr old grandson was with us that weekend I'm sure he was fascinated with the switches and shut them off. To my amazement When I asked Jason how much my grandson just cost me he shook my hand, smiled and said have a great day! You don't find this customer service nowadays. I highly, highly recommend calling Jason.

After calling several other places we decided to go with Jason; We were able to make an appointment right away; He showed up on time and was so genuine and honest. He addressed several different issues other than the one we called him about. He really knows what he is doing and he truly cares. It is very hard to find honest hard working people these days that you can trust. Dont even waste your time calling any other RV repair guy; Jason is the man for your RV needs. Thank You so much!!!

Jason is a rockstar. My husband accidentally knocked off our neighbors mirror in the RV storage facility. I ordered the replacement part and Jason showed up on time, even called when he was on his way. He replaced the mirror in like 20 minutes. Will def be using him for any future repairs we need on our own RV!

Jason did an excellent job on my RV. I addressed the known issues I had and asked he go over my unit to let me know what he finds. He tended to equipment he normally doesn't address and returned it to working condition. The part that far exceeded my expectation was the time it took to fix everything. Where the big shops take weeks or months to address and fix it took Jason under a week. I was impressed and very satisfied with the turnaround time. I told him I needed it by thanksgiving and he said I'll have it to you next week. I highly recommend. I almost forgot about the cost. I was honestly expecting a heavy bill at the end but his pricing is excellent.

After calling several big name RV repair shops and being talked to like a moron I called CD as a last ditch effort before driving the trailer back up to Paso Robles where I purchased it from. By far the best call I've made in a long time CD walked me through what could possibly be the issue with the electrical system and after trying for a few min I made an appointment. With his explanation of what to look for and another cup of coffee I Googled what he was trying ro explain to me. Low and behold, problem solved. What a kind man. He had earned ALL of my future business.....

I highly recommend CD to anybody needing service. It was Sat and i was in a pickle with my NORCOLD Refer. Though not available for dispatch at the time, my call was answered and after a brief discussion i was well on my way to recovery. Absolute professional!!

Amazing service. I was dry camping with my family in the middle of nowhere when my RV power went completely out. On a Sunday of course. Called CD repair and they walked me through the solution and spent 20 minutes with me on the phone. Saved the camping trip and didn't charge me a penny!! DEFINITELY recommend. I will be going to them for all my RV needs in the future. Thanks, guys!!

So my ""wouldn't take no for an answer"" was trying to explain that we probably had work that CD Mobile actually does do and we would like the benefit of their expertise but the person on the phone was too rude to let me explain. He latched on to the body work idea and cut me off every time I tried to explain. I apologise if I was confused by the website stating they do slides and free estimates. In addition the term ""Mobile"" in their name really threw me.
