I'm writing this review because my sister wouldn't - this is a conversation I heard on speaker phone - and people need to know how unprofessional this place is.

The guy is a flake and unprofessional ! makes an appointment with you, then calls to reschedule and when you say ok no problem, he then goes off on you for accepting a reschedule - so instead of saying - hey I dont want to travel that far he just goes off on you instead - NOT professional - anyone who acts like that probably cant do a simple job of vent repair or fix plumbing leaks ect .. stay clear of this place.

So my assessment is from a few bad reviews on this jerk is - when the guy cant do something he turns into an ass towards you instead of saying - hey I dont know how to put new vents on, or fix an awning, or install a new heater or fix plumbing .. so not being able to do those things says a lot for a rv owner ..

Very unprofessional and obviously doesn't know what he is doing.

I used CD Moble RV for the first time and give them a 5 star! They were on time ( actually early) very professional and they immediately diagnosed this electrical issue and solved it. Super nice guy and would not hesitate to use them again

I found CD mobile RV on the Norcold website, while searching for a certified technician. Since then, Jason has been out to our RV several times. He really knows his stuff and has helped us solve some difficult issues with our refrigerator. I am really impressed with the quality of work and the price was totally fair.

Great service. Needed electrical fixed and received an appointment within that week. The problem was partially fixed which was a lot more than others could do. He also helped with our awning. He only charged me for the service call. This company is the truth, very honest, I will recommend and use them again.

Requested a quote to replace an awning and 2 spring assemblies. Received the quote and sent back a counter offer. Had to wait 4 days for a reply then I get the following response: ""For that price you're looking for a handyman to install your parts"". Hey Jason if you didn't like the counter offer just sat ""No"". Don't need your smarta*s remark. Really glad I got to know your customer service skills before had you come over and work on my trailer. Really unbelievable. Fortunately their are other RV technicians in the area that don't share your opinion. Getting the work done on Thursday.

Called cd mobile to install something on my RV. Jason came out and assessed it wasn't quite right as presented. We try to go to work around with the company did not work. We parted company he did not charge me for coming out to my place would definitely recommend this service again. Thank you
