One of your plumbers, Jon Moon, was here this morning to work on a chronically leaking faucet and dead garbage disposal. He arrived exactly at the beginning of the window the dispatcher had promised. He was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable, and took time to show me everything he was doing. He also looked over other things like the hot water heaters to make sure there no signs pending problems. I have been a customer of C&C for many years, and never had a single complaint about the employees or their work.

In an attempt to write an honest and meaningful review I will first point out that the technicians I have dealt with (back when I lived at the property that I now rent) were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My beef is with the front office. It has normally been a huge challenge to get a service scheduled. I now live out of state and rent my property. As such, I like to have a semi-annual preventative maintenance and inspection done on the system. On two occasions I have been assured that a service would be scheduled with my property manager (I now live out of state), and nothing ever happens. A followup call to check the status reveals that they have no record that I ever even requested a service in the first place. Additionally, I have been double billed on two occasions. The first time it was cleared up easily and not a significant issue. The second time it took over a month of back and forth calls with multiple people, even to the point where I emailed in a signed receipt and bank statement to prove to them that the bill had already been paid in full and on time. If this company could get the customer service/scheduling/billing in order it would be a worthwhile service provider. Until then, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

The technician double charged me for over $1000 in services mid January. Accounting department said they sent a refund which I have not received mid February. Is there a scam going on? Are they running out of money? In addition, one of their clerical people uses bad grammar.

I have two older split heat pump units in my house, both of which stopped heating and cooling. Figured they must need a charge or replaced so called C&C and they came out same day and within 45 minutes after arriving, determined the first unit had a bad leak and couldn't be recharged. Tech then had to go back to the shop for more r-22, then another 40 minutes to refill the second unit and it held. The tech was polite and seemed good enough to quickly get to the source of the problems. My main issue was with the company billing - $90 fee for looking at the units but then there were three 'options' of paying for the work - """"Bronze"""" and """"Silver"""" and """"Gold"""", I think, and then for another $20 the tech 'convinced' me I needed the """"Comfort Club"""" option on my service. After he agrees I should pay the """"Bronze"""" level option, I take the bill for $586 to have two units 'diagnosed' and recharged and told one unit is dead. I got a very quick explanation of what the """"levels"""" and the """"Comfort Club"""" were but there was no documentation to describe them. My second issue was with how he handled the bad unit. Initially he said he could seal it based on his diagnostic, but then after putting the charge in he said he was wrong and it had too severe of a leak. So, I'm not sure what the diagnostic process was but it obviously isn't very accurate if you have a bad leak. I'm not an HVAC expert, but it seems like you should be able to find out about a big leak with some kind of a pressure test? I did get a 90 day warranty on the unit that held the charge.

Very frustrating experience start to finish. First off trying to get anyone on the phone to have some questions answered was impossible, after multiple days of calling. Then when we finally had an appointment scheduled for something that we needed to get done urgently so we could get our AC back up and running, the morning of the appointment in the middle of the time window that we were expecting the technician, we receive a text saying the technician called out and they would get back to us. Six hours later we finally get someone on the phone to reschedule for the following week. Well we were just cancelled on again and told to find another company for our work. If you have read this far, I highly recommend choosing someone else, this has been so frustrating on top of the stress of our electrical situation.

C&C is there when you need them! They care about you and your home's needs. They will come ou as soon as they possibly can, and will get right to the cause of the problem. I highly recommend them!

I have had a really disappointing experience with C&C. While the staff was friendly and polite their quality of work was lacking. I had an AC unit installed. Within 3 days of install I noticed a water stain on my bathroom ceiling. I have had to call emergency services out three times for water damage or the unit just not working. I'm about a month out from install, the unit is still not repaired or working as it should. From the comfort assessment to today, I have had someone from C&C out 11 times (this includes the painter) and the end is nowhere in sight. Just a really bad experience thus far. I literally just got off the phone with one of the employees who tried to argue that they only been out 9 times, NINE TIMES! And, they are not prioritizing my repair in anyway.

I have been very impressed with both C& C Meyers Heating, A/C,plumbing and ESS for my house systems needs. They have replaced both A/C units with far more efficient ones and added a larger dehumidifier under my raised house. Everyone I've dealt with from office staff to technicians have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your home.

They're basically frauds. They tell you your old equipment is terrible and try to upsell you on extremely expensive new units. They quoted me almost $4000 to fix my old unit when all that was wrong, was a simple part that was easy to replace myself.

We happily used C&C for 15+ years. Years later we moved and had an hvac issue in a new home and called C&C Meyers. We needed a spring maintenance check and noticed an immediate problem when we turned the system on. We called C&C and scheduled an appointment 2 days later. When 2 technicians arrived they performed the maintenance check and discovered a significant problem that would require a critical part for the system to continue to work properly. They left stating they would make calls to locate the necessary part needed and would call me within 24hrs with an update. We never heard from them. We continued to have the problem so we called another recommended company. After a lengthy troubleshoot and assessment we ended up replacing the entire system. Replacement may very well have been the bottom line with C&C anyway, but communication is everything and lost them the job and a customer. I gave 2 stars because of the I quick response from C&C but follow through was nil. A very disappointing and expensive experience.
