Ezekiel and his crew did an amazing install! Super thorough but pretty fast! Very respectful of my time and my home. My only complaint about Myers is the person who was in charge of scheduling changed my time frame but never contacted me. I was literally called the day before and confirmed for the original time.. irritating. Thankfully, they had such a nice crew that came out all is forgiven. Thanks Ezekiel and Crew

I signed up for an HVAC tune up at my Home Depot. This tune up was to include AC and Heat but only Heat was done BUT ALL components checked off on the work sheet. Seriously....I'd call this a bait and switch. I was also told it was 8.88 at HD when I was charged 49.

I scheduled an appointment on Friday 10/27 for them to come out between 12-5pm on Tuesday 10/31. My tenant waited and no one showed up. I called on Wednesday 11/1 and they told me my appointment was cancelled because no one was home. She was home and she had to take a 1/2 day off work for this appointment. Now they don't have availability to reschedule until 11/7. Obviously, I cannot leave my tenant without AC for another week so I'm having to now start this process over elsewhere. Very disappointed as I've worked with C&C Myers before in my personal home and thought they would be my go-to for our multiple rental properties as well.

Terrible experience with installation of an HVAC unit, the worst service, bad quality of labor, owner was arrogant and nonchalant about any of our legitimate concerns. There is no accountability. Recommend finding another HVAC company - there are many!

We happily used C&C for 15+ years. Years later we moved and had an hvac issue in a new home and called C&C Meyers. We needed a spring maintenance check and noticed an immediate problem when we turned the system on. We called C&C and scheduled an appointment 2 days later. When 2 technicians arrived they performed the maintenance check and discovered a significant problem that would require a critical part for the system to continue to work properly. They left stating they would make calls to locate the necessary part needed and would call me within 24hrs with an update. We never heard from them. We continued to have the problem so we called another recommended company. After a lengthy troubleshoot and assessment we ended up replacing the entire system. Replacement may very well have been the bottom line with C&C anyway, but communication is everything and lost them the job and a customer. I gave 2 stars because of the I quick response from C&C but follow through was nil. A very disappointing and expensive experience.

They're basically frauds. They tell you your old equipment is terrible and try to upsell you on extremely expensive new units. They quoted me almost $4000 to fix my old unit when all that was wrong, was a simple part that was easy to replace myself.

C&C is there when you need them! They care about you and your home's needs. They will come ou as soon as they possibly can, and will get right to the cause of the problem. I highly recommend them!
