Glad i had a second to sit down and write this review before i pursue legal action. Sales promotion of cruise voucher with value up to $2500 when purchasing unit. Purchased two units in December and still no voucher, no return calls Beware of service providers that don't keep their word, lack of integrity

If I could have given a minus rating I would. I called to have a plumber come to check a water leak under the kitchen sink. A very nice guy arrived ahead of appointment. He spent over 2 hours. He looked under the sink at all connections and hoses. He suggested cutting a hole in the wall in the adjoining room to see if pipe was leaking inside the wall. He did that and found no leak. He finally suggested that the leak was coming from a partial seal failure in the under mounted sink. His suggestion was to call the granite company and have the sink re-mounted with new seal. He then wrote a work order for charges to remove all plumbing and then reinstall plumbing if we followed his suggestions. This would amount to over $400. He then spent time inspecting the hot water heater and trying to sell us a hot water heater and a maintenance contract. All of this time and the original problem was not solved. So now I have a huge hole in the drywall fo my living room, a bill from him for $135, a recommendation for additional work and more charges and I wonder what I got for my $135. I feel we are due a refund since we actually received nothing but BS. By the way I found the leak myself. It was a pin hole in the water filter line from the ice maker to the supply. I repaired it myself in 15 minutes for about $15. Shame on you for advertising #1 in Mt. Pleasant. You are #1 in a lot of talk and no action.

Find someone else!! This company takes your money! I spent over $4,000 and my Air Conditioner is still not working properly. The first repair did not last two months. The second time the guy supposedly repaired my unit on a Friday and by Sunday, my unit was not working again. Four different people have been to my house and every one of them have said something different. I called and spoke with a manager who said they would do the repair at no additional cost. Bill, whoever he is, told me that since the unit was not put in with their company, it would cost another $3,000 to fix. Bill did not want to stand behind what his employee told me. He tried to make it seem as if they were doing me a favor!

Not impressed. This company was recommended to me by a friend. I probably should have requested the specific technician she recommended, but I didn't think it was that important. Live and learn. The technician assigned to me did arrive on time, but within 15 seconds of meeting me he immediately started pitching the company's monthly """"club"""" (which basically entails prepaying on a monthly basis for your repair services). I was immediately put off, as this was my first experience with the company and they had not provided any services yet - no way was I going to sign up for that right out of the gate. I definitely got the impression that he thought I was an easy target for a sale. He examined the system and initially said """"there's nothing wrong with your equipment."""" I'm not sure what he meant by that as he then went on to explain that I actually needed $1.5K worth of parts/repairs. During this conversation, the guy is chewing tobacco and spitting off my back porch every few seconds. Very professional. Next he says, """"I'll be right back and we'll talk about prices and options."""" He goes out my front door and disappears for 25 MINUTES. I thought he had driven away. I walk out the front door to find out what is going on and see him sitting in his truck playing with his phone. WTF? When I asked what had taken so long all he said was, """"What? It was only 20 minutes."""" Ok.... I agreed to some of the repairs (against my better judgement, but I wanted a working system in the summer in SC), so the guy calls the scheduler to make the repair appointment and the first thing he says is, """"I sold a repair,"""" which I thought was a weird way to put it. Again, it sounded like he was just trying to make a buck. As he was leaving he told me to make sure to leave a five-star review and mention him by name. The more I thought about it afterwards, the less confident I felt that these repairs were actually necessary. Based on that feeling and the complete lack of professionalism on the part of the technician, I canceled the repair appointment and will be getting a second opinion.

C& C is a company we have used several times. Obviously, given that, we have been well pleased with their services each time. They have always gone above and beyond what they had to do to help us. I am grateful to have access to such a trustworthy HVAC service.

They service my air conditioner at my house in Charleston about a month or so ago. The technician told me that the upstair air conditioner unit is not draining water well and because of stagnant water, is causing bacterial growth. I told her that they have told me that before and I paid them to fixed it. She claimed that they could not find in their record or computer, and she will look at them again and call me back. She never did. I called their office and requested the manager to call me . He never did either. Very poor service and unresponsive to my request for clarification! How could I trust this company for further repair and service to my units? Please be aware of this before you call this company for anything!

Very overpriced. We received a quote to clean our air handler for $730. We called Tweety's and the same work was $210. Buyer beware!

The technician double charged me for over $1000 in services mid January. Accounting department said they sent a refund which I have not received mid February. Is there a scam going on? Are they running out of money? In addition, one of their clerical people uses bad grammar.

One of your plumbers, Jon Moon, was here this morning to work on a chronically leaking faucet and dead garbage disposal. He arrived exactly at the beginning of the window the dispatcher had promised. He was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable, and took time to show me everything he was doing. He also looked over other things like the hot water heaters to make sure there no signs pending problems. I have been a customer of C&C for many years, and never had a single complaint about the employees or their work.

We are new to the area and were in need of a wall unit asap! They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The unit had to be ordered and they even offered to come and install a window unit in between time!! I would recommend using this company and have seen their trucks in our neighborhood- obviously others feel the same!!
